Went in needing help with my credit score, and was able to raise it from NOTHING to over 750 in half a year thanks to Eric's help. Genuinely a huge help, and I'm not sure I would have been able to get our loan accepted for our new home without the advice given to me. Thank you to this bank for helping to explain something so complicated, that every other bank has only tried to make more complicated for me.

Been banking here since moving a few years ago, and Woodforest has been absolutely exceptional! It's rare to find a bank where not only do I know that anytime I go in I'll be greeted with haste and utmost care, but I KNOW that whatever the problem is, it's gonna be resolved.

Talking to David brown the branch manager was a very pleasant experience for me. I can never get anyone on the phone in denison. He was so helpful and pleasant to talk to that I never want to talk to anyone else at that bank....thank you Mr. Brown.
