Saved us time and money and came to this Sherman Verizon corporate store instead of an authorized location. Both John’s helped me out into getting a really great deal for an add on line. Making our family bundle affordable! Great service from these two gentlemen. Knowledgeable and patient! Thank you guys!!

The experience I had today at the Verizon Store in Sherman, TX, could not have been any better. The professionalism, expert knowledge & kindness of Nate & Alec went above & beyond my expectations. I will drive out of my way to go to their location from now on! Five stars isn’t enough!!

Went into store today for an issue with our home internet. Was told that the Denton store used a false phone number to obtain our home internet and there was nothing more they could do to help us. After speaking with customer service at length, we should not of had internet to begin with. BUT because we already have an established line they were able to exchange our non function device under warranty. Sherman should have contacted customer service, instead of doing the bare minimum. Denton shouldn’t have lied about the service to begin with. Will likely be switching services once contract is up. Thankful for customer service for the help. Both local stores suck.

I walked into Verizon with low expectations due to spending the past 24 hours trying to add a line and upgrade a phone. Nate was amazing! So knowledgeable, relatable, and I genuinely felt he had our best interest in mind. He far exceeded our expectations! The manager was also very helpful. This experience redeemed our bad experience with phone and online system!

Ray was awesome. I wish I could say the same about the fraud prevention. Not happy with them or their logic. Verizon employees can't seem to tell fraud when they see it. Losers.

My husband's phone crashed. The store rep said it could not be restored. My husband and I are senior citizens. Phone rep/salespeople need to be trained to explain phones and plans to senior citizens and what kind of options are available for new purchases. This young (and I stress young) man said we could take the phone somewhere where they might be able to fix it. He said my husband's only option for another phone would raise his phone bill significantly. He was not interested in helping us. The manager sitting nearby finally got involved! When he finished, my husband was able to make a new phone purchase with his bill $10.00 lower than it currently is now. Had the manager not been involved, we would have been driving to a competitor. The reason I'm really writing the review is that that "young man" said the charger was in the box when he handed us the phone bag. THERE WAS A CORD ONLY! He failed to make sure we had the correct charger box at home to plug the cord into!!! Now we have to make another (unnecessary) trip. Are there no service people, yes, I'm going to stress young...service people (only my generation will appreciate it), who are conscientious and thorough anymore? We were already annoyed when we left today at how we were treated. They will get an earful when we return tomorrow.

Had such a bad experience here, that I switched to AT&T! It worked out well!
