I have tried using this location 3 times. I'm done. Rude & unethical "policies." I have used UPS stores in other locations and had no issues. This one is terrible. And my package is late. I paid for 2 day shipping and we are now on day 4.

Super busy location, very nice staff. Today Shamyra took care of me, she was super attentive, polite and quick on that computer. I'll be back!

I've had no issues with this location in the past, but today (9/3 at 11am) I tried to ship out a spring for a firearm and an airsoft sight and they denied service to me since they are firearm accessories.
The younger gentleman assisting me (shorter stockier guy) said it is their "policy". I asked to see where it is written and they said it is in their hazardous materials policy. Conveniently enough it was laminated right on the desk. I read through it and it did not mention anything about firearm parts/accessories. When I pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment of their mistake or anything. They just responded with "but still its our policy".
He then said their manager checked "the back" for a policy on "their system". I asked to see the policy she read, but they didn't want to show it to me.
If it WAS in the policy and they showed it to me, I would have had no issue with it. I understand employees have corporate-set rules and standards and I would expect employees to abide to them. But stating the hazmat policy willy nilly, not acknowledging it when corrected, then quoting their "policy in their system" without telling me which policy it is and not showing it to me was unacceptable and disrespectful. You can't have individuals represent your company and make up rules depending on how they feel that day or what their personal beliefs are.
I wonder if it would be any different if when they asked what my package contained, I just said I had a spring (which the lowes the next block over will sell), and a 1/8" wide piece of metal
I took my business elsewhere within the hour and they had no issue shipping it.

My first time coming here to do an Amazon return. I had no clue how to ! Thank You so much to the older lady that helped me!! Im truly thankful. She help me on my phone and printed out the shipping label I didn’t know I needed and told me to hold on to the other copy until I received my refund.

Visiting this UPS store is like stepping into a surreal comedy, starring the lady behind the counter (Tina) who seems to have missed the memo on how to read the room—or maybe she just didn’t read the memo at all.
As a regular, I’m here often for pickups, returns, notarizing documents, and mailing out boxes worth more than my weight in gold. Each time, I’m met with the same blank expression that says, “I’m just here because I have to be,” with not a trace of enthusiasm to be found.
She’s the kind of peach who once asked me if I was okay with paying over $200 to ship a box. I naively thought this was my cue to negotiate (silly me). But when I asked if we could, she hit me with a firm “No.” I couldn’t help but ask why she’d even bother asking if the price was okay, to which she just blinked at me, clearly puzzled, as if I had just asked her to solve world peace.
If you enjoy interacting with someone who’s as sharp as a marble, with a side of steely glares, this is your place! Just don’t expect any wit, warmth, or anything above the bare minimum—you won’t find it here.

This place is horrible. The owner is obviously a terrible manager as any good person they get leaves. The only employees that stay are those with bad attitudes and zero customer service. We drive to other towns when we need a UPS Store

I wish I could give zero stars. Andy was extremely rude telling me, while I was 4 people behind, that I should have told him I needed help faxing papers. How the hell am I supposed to know that I need to tell him when he wasn't even behind a register? The only decent worker was the older lady. Everyone there us extremely rude. Will not be back.

The people that work here are rude, unknowledgeable, don't know how to speak up nor articulate things and worst of all, have a nasty attitude. Seriously this place needs a good housecleaning from corporate.
