I don’t know how people still using this guys UPS! They put a emergency delay because the weather at whitewright! Weather man I just come back from Sherman! And it’s clean back and forward! Look like when drivers get lazy they use this card for!! Next time I buy or order something I’ll make sure ups it’s no the delivery CIA! They ask for the note at my door! MF u dio make it to my door why u put second attempt. Common guys! SORRY OR I apologize! Fix stuff like this MAN UP GROW UP! And close your business!! U are no good! U just do what ever u want! Don’t care about customers! U really don’t care!

I paid $30 extra for my package to arrive before I left out of state for something I needed on my trip and they kept attempting delivery then basically saying they couldn’t deliver due to a “suite number” being missing but I literally have proof of my address being correct on every email and confirmation that my apartment number was attached and of course I can’t come in on Saturday to just grab it from them or get anyone on the phone over there. Never want to use ups again after this.

Ups has very little regard for its customers. I asked once if they could deliver earlier in the day. As I work. Center was not even reachable. No one answered my package ended up being sent back because they came during hours I was not home. And customer service from out of the country told me I should take off from work. This delivery company has no regard for customer care at all. And to tell you to take off from work is a bad thing to do. I live from paycheck to paycheck. And the centers don't even answer their phones. So there is no way for customer service to reach them. I give one star based on years of horrible experiences with them

The UPS driver drove by our church two days in row and we received a message from Amazon saying that the business was closed. The driver didn't even enter the parking lot. There is a sign on the door indicating that packages can be left outside the front door. The driver never stopped the vehicle, but slowed down and looked towards the church. I am disabled and couldn't move fast enough to flag him down. I talked to someone in customer service who assured me that the packages were still out for delivery today. Then I received a message saying UPS had made a second ATTEMPT to deliver a package. Tomorrow will be the third ATTEMPT or drive-by and we won't get our orders. I had to leave one star

Since I can't get anyone on the phone, I'm wondering why your driver of the truck with license plate RJR5507 is driving like a maniac and doing 3 point turns in my stone driveway (7/7/2023)...driving across my lawn, tearing up my rocks and grass. If I see that truck in my driveway again, it's likely that route won't get completed for the day. FAFO

Since Monday of this week UPS was telling me my delivery will be here before 7:00 p.m. on Friday then I get an update on Tuesday saying it'll be between 1:45 and 5:45 a very specific window ... I have to sign for this package then suddenly Thursday night at 10:00 p.m. there's an update that it won't be here until next Tuesday by 7:00 pm... I called to request the deliver my package during the time frame they originally promised and some sort of mechanical error is the fault of why I won't get my package ? It was all made up and now I have a computer worth more than $2,500 sitting on the back of a hot truck all memorial day weekend until some time after Tuesday that they won't sordid even though i need to be home to sign for it. Who is running this clown show?

The driver didn’t even bother to knock or ring the doorbell! Left a note that they’d be back the next business day on the door, but couldn’t knock? Then I call the number on the note and told them I wanted to pick it up from their location and they tried to charge me for picking it up myself?!!! Your driver didn’t do his job! Luckily, I have the camera to prove he just got out and put the sticker note in the door! Awful service.

This location is only open weekdays between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM to pick up packages that for whatever reason can't be delivered. Data validation is so common in every industry, but I guess UPS decided it was better to let shipping labels be created with invalid addresses instead, then expect the receiver to work around their arbitrary schedule.Typical since they're incapable of delivering to businesses during actual business hours. Save yourself a lot of trouble, time, and money, and ship with FedEx or USPS instead. Seriously, UPS is awful.

UPS Sherman facility had my package for nearly a week and never attempted delivery, they returned to sender instead. Hopefully this place has accountability and disciplines/terminates the useless driver.

Package says it was delivered but no picture of where it was delivered! It was not delivered to my address! Called customer service and got a robot that will not connect to a real person. I have to go online to file a claim at UPS.com and finding where to file a claim is not apparent. UPS has gone downhill a bunch. We have our address on both sides of the driveway and on the house and they still deliver somewhere else? I guess drivers do not have to be able to read to work for UPS! Maybe management should look at the reviews because they are as low as can be given. There should be a ZERO star rating because if you are a delivery business and can't deliver to the correct address then that is not a 1 star rating that is aZERO star rating!
