We visited Ulta looking for concealer for my self conscious teenager. She had just started 8th grade and was nervous about her newly changing skin, but I rarely wear make up so was oblivious walking into this store. Olivia stepped up right away and offered to show us a range of concealers and matched them to my teenagers complexion perfectly. She was so helpful, kind and understanding to our situation. My daughter walked out of there feeling like a million bucks and I couldn't be any happier. I will definitely visit this location again if they employ people like Olivia!

Quinn is the absolute best!!! When I walked into Ulta I was greeted by Quinn and immediately assisted with all my questions! Quinn matched my eyebrow right up got me in the best brow powder ever and also matched me with my concealer and it’s absolutely perfect!! Before leaving Quinn assisted me with perfume and today I am the happiest best smelling woman alive all because of Quinn!!!

Been shopping at Ulta for years. Will not be shopping at this store anymore. Came in to return an item just after the holidays and was told that I missed the return window by a week. I asked if I can have a store credit and she said no. I've never ever had an issue with returning something at Ulta. Done with this store and the brand all together. Sticking with Sephora.

She genuinely cares about each customer’s needs and takes her time to understand what works best for you. Her makeup tips are always spot-on, and she recommends the most effective products that actually deliver results. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it makes all the difference. If you want honest advice and a great experience, ask for Alishba, you won’t be disappointed!

Alishba is honestly the best person I’ve ever met at any ULTA. She knows everything about skin, hair, and nails, but what really stands out is how much she cares. She’s not just trying to sell you something. She wants you to feel good, to really love the results. She’s super helpful, detail-oriented, and so charismatic. You can tell she loves what she does. I always feel taken care of when I see her. Ulta is lucky to have her!!!

This was hands down the best salon experience I've had. I came in for a cut and color today, and Ari took care of me very well. She took the time to review some photos i had and showed me some color choices. When she knew i felt sure she got started and explained each step as we went. It came out SO great and was just what i wanted! Two other employees even took the time to chat with me about the makeup and hair care options that would be best for me and those recommendations worked great. The staff i met was amazing (shoutout to Basil, wish i had gotten the other girls name too, she was great!) and talented (thanks so much again Ari). I will be going back when a touch up is needed!
