I went to get a haircut and paid 72 dollars for the WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! Ive had better cuts for 20 bucks from a male barbershop when I served in the US Navy! I never cry over my hair because it will grow back, but i recently had a hysterectomy and was looking to boost my spirits with a nice haircut. Once I got home I was in tears because I felt like I had been kicked hard while I was already down. Im angry that I could have had my boyfriend cut it for free and it would have looked better. I was VERY specific in the type of cut i wanted- an angled longer bob- short in the back and long in the front with long curtain bangs and a trim on the undercut that i already had. Any stylist would know exactly what that meant- I even visually pointed where i wanted the length. I left with most of my hair hacked off shorter than i wanted, all one length, with uneven layers and she didnt even cut the bangs because there was no length left for them. I left because i just didnt even want her touch my hair anymore to even try to "fix" it- it was already cut way too short. I feel awful, Im overweight from my surgery and now I look more awful from this horrible haircut that makes my face look even fatter now. I will NEVER get a haircut there again. I'll just have my boyfriend cut it next time. I cant remember the "stylist"s name- I think it was Lindsay but Im not sure- I just wanted to get away from her scissors.

I have been going to the Sherman Ulta for years. I recently went in for a body lotion/sunscreen with some shimmer to it. Older lady (looked like 50’s and was wearing pink converse) was very condescending and recommended I go to the little girl section since that’s what they like too. It’s all in how she said it. Was very rude and I have no interest in returning. Will be shopping at Sephora next door for now on. Watch how you say things.

I asked a simple question about my account on taxes and told me to contact the congressman for questions about taxes that’s just ignorant of her to think I would go that far it was a simple question if I got charged taxes and she said that just cause I’m a guy buying for my wife not all guys buy makeup for themselves sometimes it’s a gift so stop being ignorant for guys that do buy your products

In January had an appointment scheduled for a haircut. After I arrived I was told the stylist called out and they forgot to cancel my appointment.As I was walking out the door I received a text message that my appointment has been cancelled.No apology or anything. Three weeks ago I scheduled an appointment again with Ultra's hair salon. Today I arrived and checked in 30 min.early. I sat there for 30 minutes and then someone came by and said my stylist cancelled..She was nice enough to say that she could possibly work me in this afternoon..NO THANK YOU!!..I scheduled these appointments earlier because I get my husband or some to drive me, because I can't drive because of medical issues.

You MUST go visit Stephanie at the Clinique counter!! She is so knowledgeable about skin care as well as picking the best cosmetics for your particular skin and its challenges. She is so gregarious and makes you feel like you are old friends after just a few moments! Go see her! She will treat you right!!

I got a haircut from Ari last week and it is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I really struggle with change but wanted a big change. Went from having collar home length hair to a pixie and the cut is phenomenal. A little shorter than what I was planning but it is my new favorite haircut.

Sephora, who?? Phenomenal store with awesome management!! They really know how to take customer service to the next level. The employees are always patient and knowledgeable regarding what I need and their recommendations are on point. Will definitely be back.

Not my favorite Ulta just because it lacks the higher end brands that some of the other Ulta stores offer. But none the less everyone is always helpful and the store is always clean and cheerful.

Very disappointed in ulta in Sherman I placed an order for curbside pickup and I tried multiple times throughout the day to pick up and it kept saying unavailable. Even during the hours it was supposed to be. I ended up having to take my baby in the store and the line for order pickup they were not using. I had to wait in the full line just to check in and get my items. There’s a reason people use curbside or order pickup. Don’t offer it if you cannot honor it!
