After several calls back and forth, AAA was able to locate Rick’s Towing. Once the service call was confirmed, I received a phone call from the very professional, kind, courteous gentleman that would be assisting me. He provided my with an ETA and when he arrived he was quick, friendly, and went above and beyond for me due to so unforeseen difficulties with my tire situation. I am so thankful for this company! After being stuck with a flat for several hours over night, it was all worth the wait to receive such fantastic service. Keep up the amazing work!
