They're knowledgeable and won't sell you things you don't need, their Acai Bowls are some of the freshest I have had, and they always have samples of the newest supplements!I also wanted to add that I tried their product "Overkill" and it was among one of the best supplements for a pump that I have had. I could definitely feel a difference in the gym!

The açaí bowls are the BEST! Nothing in the Texoma area compares. The quality has been upheld over the years and I can’t recommend them enough! Also an amazing place to go with any questions about nutritional needs!

We have loved this place since it was Total Nutrition and then war room and now underground Sports Nutrition. They have the best acai bowls I have ever had. Today we got the Patriot and the underground and they're both fantastic perfect for today. Great job. The acai is specifically wonderful and not super bitter, and the fruit is cut fresh. When when.

Left the area about three years ago. The business has undergone new ownership since I was here, but visiting recently and getting a smoothie reminded me of how great it was back in the day. I will always recommend this shop for any nutritional needs.

Absolutely love this place, I moved to Sherman and was told there was no place to get protein shakes or bowls, and then I was turned on to the War Room, it has changed my lunch breaks!!!! ❤❤❤

Don't get here often as now I live and workout in Denison. But great shakes, great product. Many services offered. Body weight composition as well as cryotherapy.

They had Keto items you can't find everywhere. I had previously ordered Smartcakes and Smartbuns online. Also have a good selection of Bang energy drinks. The girl working wasn't knowledgeable about prices etc. Maybe she is new. They also make smoothies but I didn't try one.
