Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They target new owners and take full advantage of them. I was told 2 months ago my shorts were ready and never received them, when asking for them plenty of times, I was lied to time and time again. They ignore every message and lie about refunds issued. We came up with an agreed amount on a refund, when Kameron walked into my store and realized my mom was there he acted like he had no idea how much the refund was and cheated myself and my mom out of money. Save your money.

Paid for a service and cannot get a hold of them for the deliverables. After paying the company for a service, they are ignoring my calls/texts/emails and taking advantage of a young female POC entrepreneur.Really disappointing and my hard earned money and most of all my time is going to waste trying to ask for deliverables day after day.They respond to emails once in a blue moon when is only convenient to them and have ZERO RESPECT for others business needs. They only value their business and time and do not care to respond for days/months/weeks. Really frustrating and infuriating experience to have spent thousands of dollars and its going to waste like this.. Save your time, money and peace of mind.

Wow. The Charlotte's letter rescued our little business when we were in a bind and offered the most exceptional service! We made a change to our product that required us to sew hundreds of products in a short amount of time. Without the proper equipment, we were scrambling to find a solution. When I called this company to see if they could help me figure out our sewing equipment needs, the owners invited me in and gave me valuable advice! They also sewed over 100 pieces of product for me within 24 hours of dropping it off.All of that was amazing, but what was even more amazing was what happened next. When I went to pick up the product, there was a slight issue with the way the straps were sewn. When I mentioned it to the owner, he didn't hesitate to offer to re-do them and insisted that I let him do them over again. He then un-did and re-sewed all of the straps within 24 hours!The owner's have a heart for serving their customers and for producing the highest quality products!! I would 100% recommend them for any project that requires sewing! I am so excited to have such a gem of a company here in my home town!!

I placed an order and it was not received. A refund was issued but the refund did take a while. I am pleased at how they handled this. The owners sent a package with a free romper and a nice note explaining the situation in addition to the full refund. I am so grateful they are providing adaptive clothing made by caregivers. I was hand sewing this kind stuff (Not well)! Thank you!

The Charlotte Letter is an amazing company with a wonderful product. Their mission is to help families with special needs children. The owners are caring and try their best to always take care of their clients and employees. It is a pleasure to support them and their mission.

I still have not received my refund from this company they are in the process of scamming me out of $600 I have to start a whole investigation with my bank because they are holding my money I am a young business owner and they took advantage of me and now they have my money and won’t give it back

Our experience with Annie has been amazing! She repaired my husband’s alterations from a different place, and it looks amazing. We also gave her a wedding dress to alter with two weeks to spare. We are thankful that she could accommodate our requests. We highly recommend The Charlotte Letter ♥️

The adaptable clothing is made with great attention to detail and the designs are both adorable and functional! I love that they have other clothing for those who don’t need adaptable clothing to show support and they are always a great conversation starter.
