This place falsly advertises biscuits!! Ordered a sausage egg & cheese biscuit. Received the food we ordered & the biscuit tasted not like a biscuit. So I called them & they informed me that they used homemade bread instead of a biscuit. On top of the it was way too salty to eat after halfway.

Continue to give this location a chance but the customer service is horrible. On multiple occasions I have had to deal with undertrained and rude employees. When you walk around the store there are employees gathered together chatting in the aisles. I have never seen this at other targets. And good luck getting through to a manager for help, you just get left on hold for 20 minutes and the phone hangs up.

Sorry but I will be avoiding this store now , no employees in any section to help, items listed in stock and in specific locations not there with no one to help in sight ....super long lines to check out just over all overwhelmed and unhappy

Robyn at the Sherman store is very rude as soon as I swiped my EBT card she started telling everyone that my snap card isn't working all the customers behind her even before it happened it was y'all's system because when I went to Walmart it worked fine

Dirty, stuff all over floor, Shopped for a while, went to check out only 2 people checking us out with a line of 8-10 people. I left!!! Will not go back!

I went to the service desk to get clarification on why something didn’t get a promo deal since I thought it was a mistake. The young woman “helping” me was extremely rude. I had just commented to my mother that on the coupons terms and conditions didn’t say that it couldn’t be combined with another offer AND she felt offended for no reason. She proceeded to say “I know well what the store policy is” in a very nasty tone. I wasn’t even talking to her or saying she didn’t know what she was doing. Eventually she had another associate (possibly manager) come up and blatantly lied about having told me something different. I preferred to just walk away from any further escalation. Employees SHOULD NOT take out frustrations on customers and employ dishonesty.

The Sherman TX Target store is the best Target I have ever visited in the 3 years since we moved here. We have been to other stores in larger towns near Dallas, and this one remains my favorite. Even when Customer Service or the check out line is busy, each employee treats guests as if they were the only guest. They are unfailingly cheerful, patient, and efficient. I usually pick up my order, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, even when they are busy with drive up orders or accepting bill payments. My pickup orders are always filled quickly and correctly.

I was wanting to price match an item that was not from the original distributors website and they only gave me 15% cause they said they have certain websites. I have priced matched many times at target and have used different websites that were not target, walmart, Amazon and ect. As long i shown them it was not from the direct distributor they would place it as local competitors. I was really disappointed cause thos has never happened when I price match..

Well 12-01-2023 I went to go get a Xbox series x and they supposedly has a price match guarantee Walmart had it for 349.00 if bought online the 2 associates I talked with said if there scanner didn't show the item they couldn't do it. From what I understand it says bring proof of competitors price I should them Bonham Walmart had multiple bundles for 349.00 also different locations even Sherman Walmart had it priced at that but they were just out of stock. It's all good I got it from Walmart for 349.00 also got 3 yr protection plan for under 40 targets is more than that just for 2 yrs. I do my Xmas shopping at target Every yr but this year I'm going to give Walmart my money.
