Honestly I've tried going through a quiet route with this issue but have not been successful. On Aug third right before school started my family went to sports clips for a quick trim. We had three cuts, to Jr and a senior. They were rude but I get it sometimes customer service jobs suck and honestly I was just happy to get everyone in and out because they were busy. That wouldn't have been a problem. The problem arose when I got home and realized instead of 55 bucks they adjusted my charge on my card to 66. I had left a small tip, what we could afford given that my family was going through a dry spell and having to buy school supplies ect. And yeah small tips suck, but we did what we could. They tacked on 11 extra dollars to my card. They stole from me. I'm guessing because the tip was too small? Honestly I don't care what the reason was. As someone who's worked on a top based income I couldn't comprehend stealing from someone even if they tipped me .50¢
It completely broke my trust in this business we have been coming to for the past year. I reached out to Tim the owner and he said he would refund my account, then changed his mind to just give back the 11 bucks. At this point I still have yet to see that refund and honestly I don't want it. If you need to steal just to get by as a big business don't stay in business. I don't recommend going here. I don't want what happened to us to happen to anyone else because if they were dishonest with such a simple card transaction no telling what else they will do.

If you give your cell phone number you can "make an appt". Couldn't get the website to work so I did a walk in. I get there and the girl walked away when I said I didn't have an appointment. I walked away when it said 30 min wait time.

The new lady from California if I could recall her name is kristal welcome to Texas where it's hot all the time thank you you did a really good job on my hair she took her time very professional thank you it's hard to get a good haircut anywhere everybody wants $30 for a s***** haircut but you did a really good job on my hair and I appreciate it will return

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I literally just got the worst haircut I have ever gotten at this place.
DO NOT GO HERE! I'm pretty sure if I gave a child a pair of scissors and asked them to cut my hair, they could do a better job. Consider yourself warned.

Have been coming here quite a bit over the last 10 years, had a check in problem today, things got a bit strange. Don't want to describe further. Still had to wait for my son, then had to get his hair cut fixed after.

Wanted to get a decent cut for a big event I have coming up. Said “I’m not picky, just not too short. Mid fade with a scissor trim on top.”
I was given a length and I liked it. Stylist had a hard time making it even so she just kept going back over it over and over to the point that it’s super short.. I’m not picky but I know my head well enough to know that short hair doesn’t suit me well.
And here’s the worst bit: her clippers were somehow faulty. I don’t know if they were dirty, damaged, rusty, what. But when she used them I physically was in pain. Felt like someone scratching my skin hard. And 20 minutes later when I made it back to work, this is what my neck looked like. Bright red like I’d been sunburnt (I hadn’t). Hours later it still stings a bit.
When I went in to get it fixed (it was still uneven) I wasn’t given any kind of refund or any kind of coupon for my next visit, despite sharing what had happened, but instead prompted to tip the person who fixed the mess.
I won’t be coming back. Rarely find the same people employed there for long. Shows me there aren’t a lot of people in Sport Clips who are worried about holding a position.

Checked in today at 4:27 for first available and around 4:45. Taryn came to me said she was going to assign me to someone because not all them can do bald fade. I set their tell 5:35 still no haircut. I’ve been going there for several years never had to sit over an hour and not get a haircut. Very disappointing had to go somewhere else.

Normally this place is fine but I’m sitting here waiting on my haircut and your stylist, Cassie just refused to help a blind man sign in for a haircut. She literally didn’t even bother to look at him while he was trying to figure out what to do when she just kept telling him to “sign in to the computer.”
The guy was blind. It’s 1:20pm 5/2/2024. Check your cameras. That was some of the scummiest customer service I’ve ever witnessed.

First time walk in client. I got Dana and Wow I’m blown away she totally went above and beyond. She did a great job on my skin fade and an amazing job on my beard trim faded it out perfect. Thank you again
