I see the review from a year ago. To that - I'll say if you have a specialty or highly demanded drug, or one that can never wait, use a box pharmacy & save yourself the hassle so that you never have to wait for a supply & have extended hours. We have to use common sense unfortunately. Now - I had the best service ever after just getting conflicting info at CVS with no explanation. I'm trying to get care for my child from 50 miles away & the ladies helping me even offered to have my family stay in the car to ensure safety & comfort. Thankfully it didn't apply, but the fact they offered is great! They were very helpful & accommodating, made sure they had the Rx before my mom was about to drive up, & explained everything to expect. You'll never get that level of personal care from a box store. Brand name stores come in handy when you need flexibility but you can't ever beat the places like this for reliability

I will NO longer use this pharmacy after the multiple issues I’ve had with them. I haven’t received my prescription in over 2 months that I called in before Thanksgiving. The lady named Debbie that works the phones, is extremely rude & has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I call today to refill my prescription & my prescription that was sent over by my doctor was randomly “lost”. I then call again after this being the 2nd time my doctor has sent over my prescription & I get placed on hold for a solid 6 minutes then get told they would have to call me back because their cleaning crew was there. I had to call them again because they “forgot” to call me back then I get transferred to someone else because Debbie didn’t want to deal with me. This pharmacy is ridiculous to try & get anything from.

I just had someone show up at my door claiming to be from Sherman Pharmacy. They said they had been audited. That may be so. However, it is Saturday & we’re hanging out at my house. They called me from a cell phone & said their name was Debbie. Some guy named Ben was holding a clip board. I told them that I would come by and sign it, but he wouldn’t leave. This is the strangest thing I have EVER encountered from a Pharmacy in my life. I will NEVER fill another prescription here again. They are making house calls because of an audit? Sounds crazy to me!!

Sherman Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are so kind, helpful, quick, friendly and above all, good at what they do! They take care of their people!!

This pharmacy has no compassion for its customers. My daughter's nurse called last Monday to get a refill, and she was placed on hold several times and then told, "She doesn't have any," and they hung up on her. Her nurse spent hours on the phone this past week with them. It was a constant fight, because they are completely incompetent and lazy. My daughter is on risperidone, and must have it to calm her anxiety. She has special needs and is non verbal, so she's unable to communicate her needs to us, and she gets very overwhelmed trying to express herself. To see her so distraught because of THEIR mistake broke my heart. This wasn't a medicine that can be started and stopped without some serious discomfort. They claimed to have called the doctor's office, and did not. They claimed oh, we have everything we need now, and still three days later, no medicine (and now that CVS needs a copy they don't have it...). My daughter can't stand up for herself, so I'm here to let you know, do NOT waste your time with them.

I have been very pleased using Sherman Pharmacy! The staff is so friendly and they are able to have my prescriptions ready very quickly. I highly recommend them!
