If I was an old white man or white woman the pharmacy would not of discriminated against me today. I am almost 50 years old and was treated like a third class citizen by the pharmacies assistant manager and denied my medication. I was basically accused of being a drug addict because of my last name and ethnicity.

Disappointed. Tried to contact the Tire and Battery desk and they keep sending me to the central office. I call the local number for our Sam's Club and no one picks up. Sad to say their customer service has declined greatly.

So much to see!!! I couldn't find something and asked an employee. Within 30 secs 3 of them were helping me!! Their Chicken Salad is Great!

The cashier Put a $100 gift card charge. On my bill. I got Halfway home and realized there was a gift card charge. Drove back up there and told the manager. He said it was an accident. Give me a new gift card for $100. By the time I got back home, my ice cream was melted, and my meat was spoiled.I am so upset.How is it an accident to reach over a Grab gift card and put on my credit card bill.Now I have over $300 of spoiled meat and ice cream.Please watch your receipts.

Have not had a problem in 20+ years shopping with Sam’s, until yesterday at the Sams in Sherman!Ordered a delivery yesterday. We get a text that we cancelled plans for to receive our groceries, they never came. We waited, we called over 2 hours on the phone trying to reach store…no answer! They still have my money and I have no food! Will take my $$ somewhere else, when they return it! This is how you take a happy customer and make them go to Costco.

The Sam's club was very organized and cleaned. The associates were helpful and knowledgeable. I went to the food section to see the meals prepared by the local chefs to work there and they seemed so beautiful and delicious. We ate two slices of pizza which tasted very good in the prices were on point.

Could someone from management please tell the employees that the family restroom should be for people with their children? We come to Sam’s every week and every single time I come here to change my baby’s diaper and let my toddlers use the restroom, I’m outside waiting for the family restroom and it’s always and employee that finally comes out after 10 minutes or longer.

Not bad service!! Sometimes Sam's club says they are outta bottled water when they don't feel like bringing it out to the car!!! Elderly folks hate that!! Not a good look !! Today they didn't pull that on us old folks!! All good today!!

I had to get my glasses adjusted at the optical center. Yvonne and Lou went above and beyond to ensure that each pair that I brought in fit. They took their time and listened. I could tell that they both really enjoyed what they did. Thank you ladies for all of your help!

Tire and battery center service is awesome!We have been there a couple times over the last couple weeks and each time Robert has been especially helpful and kind.It is wonderful to be treated like a real person and not just a cow in the herd.

Yesterday Me, my mom, and stepdad came in and bought groceries and decided to buy my stepdad a new storage building. So we grabbed the tag and brought it to the checkout. We checked with the lady with the red hair standing at the checkout by the restrooms to make sure they had one before we bought it so we didn't waste our time. She left and came back saying they did but we had to come back today because they don't hold anything over 24 hours? So we went home, dropped off the groceries we bought and got in our truck and headed straight back. We pulled around to the back of the store were there was another gentleman waiting so we pulled around next to him and got out to wait beside him. We went up and pressed the buzzer as the nice worker in automotive had told me we needed to do and started a conversation with the guy that was there before us. He said he had been waiting for 30 minutes and we were not excited. It took 10 minutes for anyone to come to the door after we had pressed the buzzer and I had called the store and no one had answered for 5 minutes. Then the associate comes out and starts talking to the gentleman that was here before us and doesn't even acknowledge that me or my stepdad is there and says that he has to go get this gentlemans order from the floor and that it will be a little while, still not even looking in our direction. So now it has been a good 25 minutes since we have been here and we have seen a single employee and he hasn't even given us the time of day and we are getting annoyed so my stepdad goes inside to talk to the customer service. He goes in and finally gets a hold of someone and all she tells him is that all of their forklift drivers left at 12:30 and then walks off leaving him to figure it out. Just after that happens, the older associate finishes loading the gentleman before us' order and then asks what we are here to get after waiting for 40 minutes. So I hand him our receipt and as he is scanning it my stepdad calls me and is telling me that he is on his way so I tell him that they are scanning our receipts and this older associate looks up at my with an annoyed attitude and says "He's scanning what." So I look over at him and just say, I'm on the phone with my stepdad, he's coming back from the front. So then he goes looking for this storage building for the next 10 minutes passing by the the open bay door with what would almost look like a comedy but if we hadn't been standing in the sun for going on an hour now before a manager? comes and scans the ticket and the first words that come out of his mouth are I kid you not are " You spent a thousand dollars on this." So at this point my stepdad is furious cause we have spent an hour in the sun and is ready to just say forget it and give us our money back and go home. So I tell him to get the store manager to come here. Then he says that it is right over there under these cokes and if we come back tomorrow at 10 am they will have it and a $25 gift card for gas. Guess what wasn't there when I pulled up at 10am this morning? Absolutely not acceptable and they should be ashamed.
