Why do I fell as though I’m being watched and follower when in shopping at Sam’s club in Sherman Tx? I didn’t used to feel this way but… many new management? I feel violated and lees than human!!! I am being singled out do to my race and presumed gender! With great restraint I come before you today citizens of Sherman and Denison. To suggest to you to day that based on my experiences at SC is indeed a homophobic and raciest organization at its roots.!!!

Sam's club charged me $664 for a fireplace that I never accepted because it was severely damaged. The driver would not give me any paperwork stating that since I denied the delivery, he wasn't required to give me any. And trusting silly old me, believed him !! In Hindsight I think he didn't give me any proof in order to save his job. I've been in dispute with Synchrony bank who sponsors the Mastercard for Sam's since Oct. 2022. No refund. No fireplace. I've been a loyal customer since 2019, I'm going to have to retain a lawyer which Will probably cost me more than the fireplace smh but it's the principle of it, isn't it? I will never give them my business or use their master card again and I'm the queen of consumerism, I shop there so often I should own stock. I've never in my 60 years would've expected this from Sam's Club. If you read other reviews they've done this to three other customers. Shame on you Sam's Club.

Went into the Sherman store just to see what the hype is about. I wasn't impressed. Actually, Kroger has much better prices. I saw nothing that made me want to invest in a membership. The hamburger was competitively priced at $3.95, but both Kroger and Albertsons often offer it for the same price or less, even during these Biden recession days. Their TVs may have been competitively priced, but I suspect that Walmart and Best Buy offer better pricing during sales. I don't know since I haven't bought a TV for 13 years. They offer rack after rack and table after table of women's clothing, but the men's clothing is rather sparse......and I suspect some of it is items that weren't widely accepted in the retail store----like some men's golf shorts that looked very 50-ish. I'll pass.

This is a review on the bakery. I ordered 2 cakes 2 months ago for my wedding that is today. Yesterday afternoon I get a call saying they can't decorate my cakes the way it said on my order. So I allowed 1 thing to be altered. When I went to pick my cakes up today they look like Halloween cakes. My colors are orange and black for Harley Davidson. The base frosting color was supposed to be white with orange and black accents on the edges. One cake was completely orange. The roses were supposed to be orange and black with green leaves. Instead the leaves are black. Never again will I order a cake from this bakery. I am so thankful that these cakes are just so extra and that my main cake was custom made by a friend

So disappointed today. Always grab a chicken while shopping and no chicken in heated display, no chicken in rotisserie. Asked about it and was told "no chicken today" and the employee turned back to watching the machine with his two racks of ribs in the tray next to him For a Sam's club the aisles had bare spots and a pretty disappointing shopping experience all over. Very sad

Don't bother calling the bakery to order a cake. They NEVER answer the phone. Haven't even tried to call for two years due to this issue. Thought I'd give it a try this year. Same thing, no one answered either times I called. I'll continue to order elsewhere.

There is zero customer service. Lazy and apathetic employees. I tried to enter the store for a prescription for my toddler after getting off work. It was 5 til close, they locked the door in my face. Lousy, lousy, lousy.

Todd went above and beyond helping find this blanket! He could tell I really wanted it and went through the entire pallet and found the last one on the very bottom!

This store has lots of items just in larger quantities then a single person needs. If you're buying in bulk it's great. Very busy, all safety measures are in place. The guest service ppl were not very helpful or friendly. Three of the members were communicating among themselves & wasn't interested in serving members inside the store. The store being very busy was still clean the cashier was friendly and helpful.

The store was very very crowded today! Lot of people not wearing masks. No way to social distance with crowded aisles!

They won't answer the phone. You need to speak to someone to set an appointment but they won't answer the phone. Very frustrating!
