Don't bother calling the bakery to order a cake. They NEVER answer the phone. Haven't even tried to call for two years due to this issue. Thought I'd give it a try this year. Same thing, no one answered either times I called. I'll continue to order elsewhere.

Sam's Club Locations are always be a place in my mind for my family to shop and enjoy since 2000!

There is zero customer service. Lazy and apathetic employees. I tried to enter the store for a prescription for my toddler after getting off work. It was 5 til close, they locked the door in my face. Lousy, lousy, lousy.
