I came by at 9am on a Saturday because that's when they open and I wanted to grab some hair dye, it's now 9:30 and they're still not open. Not to mention the last time I came in they followed me around the whole time and kept asking the same questions I already answered 3+ times.

Nice folks. They really need more hair color in stock, but it's nice to be able to order online and pick up in the store or get items delivered.

Dirty store and really bad customer service. I was in the store all of less than 10 minutes but the whole time I'm in the store I hear banging on the aisle behind me. As I'm walking up to the register all the stuff on the Shelf where the banging came from fell down I guess they were trying to do a reset on shelves themselves.. this is a Sunday 12:00 noon during summer. I feel like I really inappropriate time to be doing something like this when everything fell other customers offered to help clean at the mess.When I arrive at the register one of the girls stopped what she was doing on the reset to come ring me up. Understandably she seems irritated. Seems like during store hours the focus would be customer service not resetting a Shelf. My total came to over $34. I was told that she couldn't break a hundred. In the middle of a day, on a weekend... during Summer?? Most likely because the manager was busy doing a reset and didn't want to stop what she was doing to assist or be bothered breaking the bill. The little sulking girl at the register didnt ask or even look in her drawer. She just said she couldnt take it. I ended up having to have things taken off for the total to be low enough for me to cover it with the small bills that I had. The whole experience was unprofessional. There's way too many Beauty Supply options these days for stores to be lacking in customer service and to be dirty..

I had to return some products that I didn't like and the overall experience was wonderful. Joy was SO amazing in helping me pick the right product for my hair. I left feeling very confident in the products I have and will always ask for Joy by name when returning!

Employees had me buy the wrong thing, told me that if it did not work I could bring it back, it was not the right thing, so I brought it back unused, and they told me they would not take it! Worthless!
