I love shopping at RDA. Haylee and Reagan are so sweet and knowledgeable when it comes to products. Everting is easy to find, but if I can find it they are always there to help. Customer service is the best it’s ever been since I started shopping at RDA.

Will not be taking my business to RDA Sherman again. Bought almost $50 worth of product, but realized maybe 10 mins later it wasn’t what I needed and turned around to return. The same ladies who sold me the product minutes earlier told me they will not accept returns, only exchanges. Unopened product bought minutes earlier. So it’s not about being unsanitary or cross contamination because they’ll take the product back, and give you something else, but they will not part with your money. That’s simply just greed.Poor decision on the owners part, especially for the employees who have to be the ones to argue this with frustrated customers like myself!Thank you to the ladies who were polite and just doing your jobs enforcing a ridiculous policy, despite and uncomfortable and unfair situation!I will gladly take my business across the street to Armstrong McCall who have a much larger selection and will happily take returns as long as the product hasn’t been used.

they need to be on top of things when people order. do not keep passing it off to other people then not deliver when you say.
