Walk-in. HAHAHAHAHA!
Rude, try to tell you there is no walk-in service.
Now you have to drive there, type in your info, scan your drivers license to be told there are no walk-ins left today... They open at 7am and it was 720 with 1 other person sitting there.
Glad I left home in 17 degrees for nothing.

No humans in waiting room. Kiosk requires your driver's license then tells you the wait is over an hour. Personal information should NOT be collected just to get an appointment. Also, not handicap accessible. Shame on Quest!

Super unprofessional and lazy. Turned away my pregnant wife who needed test results asap with over half an hour before they closed for the day. Low life move. God forbid they're late for lunch. Smug and rude to my crying wife as they made her leave. Go somewhere else.

I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for 9 yrs. Great people who know how to draw blood. I have had only one experience not so good but that was my fault, not enough water!!!

Two days in a row I've been turned away for blood work for a tumor!!!! This is absolutely pathetic!! Never had this issue this place is terrible!

Whoever the assistant is, awful attempt at customer service, I came to do a urine test and was told they stop at 3 but they close at 4 which is fine. So next morning I come in and the other lady was there to do the test, but the assistant was just utterly awful.

I come to this Quest location a lot(several times) and always as a "walk in" in the mornings and only once have I had to wait for more than 5-10 min. Last time I didn't have to wait at all. Staff is always nice, warm, and make me feel at ease. I've never had issues with my samples and results have even come in next day. They look me up in the computer, take the blood, and then I leave. These bad reviews sound weird.
