TOP SHELF
KAJA LAB TECH AND ON THE PHONES WAS REAL NICE AND REAL GENTLE.I AM NOT A FAN OF GETTING THESE TESTS. I HATE NEEDLES. SHE WAS SO GENTLE I NEVER EVEN FELT THE INITIAL INSERT. A COUPLE OF VIAL LATER WE WERE DONE AND I SAID"THAT'S IT?" SHE SAID YEP YOUR ALL DONE.
SOMETIMES THE TECHS WIGGLE THE NEEDLE WHEN SWAPPING IN A NEW VIAL....NOT HER IT WAS SEEMS LESS. I PAID AND WAS HAPPY TO DO IT. I WILL BE COMING BACK EVERY FEW MONTHS AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT...(AS MUCH AS ONE CAN EXPECT TO). I WAITED QUITE A WHILE TO DO IT B/C I DREAD THESE PLACES. NEXT TIME I WILL JUST SCHEDULE ANT APPT. AND GET IT OVER WITH IN THE 10 MINUTE IT TAKES TO WALK IN DO THE DRAW AND PAY.
NO MORE DELAYS FOR ME SO YAY!. JAY ALSO WORKS THERE AND HELPED MY FIND A GENERAL DOCTOR ON LINE (I AM NOT REALLY THAT SAVVY ON A PHONE SO HE WAS A GREAT HELP).
I WENT TO SEE DR BAGDURE IN DURANT. SO FAR THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN REALLY NICE. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD HERE.
ALSO JAY SUGGESTED SOME ADDITIONAL TESTS FOR ME AND I GLADLY GOT THEM...I AM GLAD I DID B/C THAT WAY I DID NOT HAVE TO COME BACK IN ORDER TO GET MORE TEST TO RULE ANYTHING OUT. THANKS JAY! ;))

One star because I cannot leave less than.DO NOT go to or trust Quality Lab Test - ShermanI took my kid there for a test.They did wrong test and read results to me incorrectly and that caused me additional money because I got CPS and Lawyers involved.The Manager, Jiger Patel, has absolutely zero customer service skills.I disputed the charges and when I called Mr. Patel to try to get a refund, he was completely horrible and talking over me when I was trying to explain the situation.I tried to explain the wrong test was done and he argued that they did the correct test.However, when I spoke to the actual lab (at Mr. Patel's insistence because he didn't want to help me) that the samples were sent to, they told me THEY DO NOT do an exposure test.That was what I asked for and the entire purpose for the test.Mr. Patel is telling me I chose the test, I marked the box, etc etc.All I did was explain the test that I needed and why and signed my name.The lab tech checked the box.I didn't know the correct test to choose so I couldn't have known the wrong box was checked or the test didn't test for exposure, like the tech said it would.I don't blame the tech, her training probably wasn't given by the actual lab the samples are sent to.Either way, my advice is if it is important and for legal purposes, Go somewhere else.I'm sure Mr. Patel will block me from Facebook so my post won't show. Don't worry. I will be leaving reviews on everything I can.
