This place is awful. I drive 30 miles to get my dog groomed. When I arrive I am met we don't know how long this will take. we were the first there. Then I am told one groomer has a sick dog. one groomer has car trouble. one groomer is in labor. 1 star is too much for this place.

This is where all the cool pets go. I have no issues whatsoever with this location. You can find what you need, and they have staff on the floor checking to see if you need assistance. I went here today on a Saturday. It was busy, but I was still checked on. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Registers were open and no wait to get checked out with items. Felt very welcome with my Annie . And it smelled so good when I walked in the store. I walked into a competition store and it gagged me . Happy to find my fur baby a loving environment. She is such a sweet girl and if she comes out as happy as she went in we will have a new norm . She lost her human Daddy(my husband) October 3rd and she has been so confused . Hope she makes new friends here .

Very disappointed with this Pet Co. Grooming - First, I was told about 3 hours - it ended up being 4 1/2 hours. The faces of both dogs are lop-sided, the Maltese's ears are a nightmare - one side is long in front with a choppy wedge in the back, the other is choppy wedges across the front - I don't know how I can fix it.

We got a bearded dragon in aug. She was a challenge to feed. We went back and told the store. They sold us repta-boost to force feed her. She passed away a few days ago. They told us because she is a few days passed the 30 they wont help us. We got the repta-boost when it was in the 30 days. I feel like they did this on purpose. I called corp and they sent us to the store to get a refund or a new dragon. When we get there the manager was cold and told us no not without an email. So I called back and a different lady answered. She then told me she is sorry nothing more they can do. So im told yes we can help and no we cant. I feel so upset.

I have been bringing my Pomeranian to Petco Sherman for grooms every few months for about a year now, and we have always have a great experience. The ladies in the grooming area are always very sweet and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals. I always know my pup is in good hands with them, and he always comes back looking so handsome! Extra shout out to (Courtney, I think her name was? Short dark hair, medium height) who did his groom yesterday. I asked for something just a little different than we normally do in hopes of keeping his bum and legs a little cleaner, and she totally NAILED it while keeping him nice and FLUFFY

Can't give less than one star so that is what they get. All I do at this place is grooming and it has become a JOKE. your appointment may or may not exist because it could magically cancel. Lastly you get a pre call that there are noted from more than a year ago that your dog is tough to cut so they have instantly made up their minds that he is not serviceable. There is not a deal here, just typically availability. Now I know why. They are lazy, incompetent, and generally BAD at their job. Take your hard earned money elsewhere Texoma.

Was just in the store to get cat food. Stopped to look at the ferrets and the door was open. We pet them, then some girl came running up saying not to open the door—-why is it unlocked?—-we closed the door, my husband went to speak to the manager and the girl LIED and said I had picked up two ferrets, not sure how this was possible since I was taking a photo, unless I have 3 hands. The manager was unconcerned And didn’t care when my husband said something. Maybe this store needs to hire grown ups instead of kids.
