Never again will I go here and never would I recommend this place to anyone! The vehicle waited over 2 weeks for a claim estimate, only to be still sitting in pending and never get completed. Istead of following through because they didn't take the appropriate notes from the very beginning (refer to all your original pictures taken when vehicle was dropped off) claim was submitted incorrectly and none of the work was ever started. Don't waste your time here or make sure they document the issues correctly, or you'll regret your decision because they won't remember what they did or didn’t do! Complete waste of time as they're too busy booking you a month in advance anyways due to their busy and backed up workload... You're just another number when it comes down to it in the front office... and they could care less if you stay there or go somewhere else for business. They've got plenty of business without yours to add to it!

Michael went above and beyond to help me. I took my car to another place in Sherman and was quoted more than $800 over what was able to be done here. Michael is trustworthy and this is the place I’ll be taking my car in the future. 10/10.

Went in for an estimate on exterior damage to my parents'vehicle. The estimator assumed I was with the person who entered just before me. He did not acknowledge me. Another employee noticed I was still sitting there after the other customer had departed. I received my estimate, which appeared fair. The first employee apologized once he realized his mistake. I will be returning to give them a chance to repair the vehicle.

Great friendly customer service! They were the only dealership to go the extra mile. The other dealerships thought my name is “Market” however Parkway was the only one that called me by name and helped 100%. The group works together and delivers. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Parkway. Thank you Ricky, Mike and Alexis!

Sharon and David were absolutely amazing! I went in looking for a used SUV and they got me into a new 2021 Buick Encore! I am in Love with my SUV! Everyone was super friendly and made this process stress free. I would highly recommend them.

The Collision Center is full of wonderful people, just like all of the Parkway Family. My 2019 Canyon was rear ended and suffered massive damage. The frame was bent. The Allstate insurance adjuster unethically tried to get them to patch the 6 month old truck. The collision center went to bat for us and made sure the insurance did what they needed to do.
