Clean, popular, and the management seems to care.. the classes were decent and the equipment is clean.. even the guests are approachable.. there a few one in denison amd the other in sherman. I go to both but denison is closer.. sherman location is larger by like 6 times the space, so it get busy at night, and the denison location we can go in 24 hours a day..For the price, the value is here.. I can't find a better deal put here because it simply does not exist at the time.. Again, for the offer amd the price it's perfect.. and the people behind the counter are, in my book, pretty good!

Clean, 24hr access. I wish Nautilus west had more Rowing machines so that members could utilize them at the same time as personal trainers, but other than that I love it!

I came into the Gym several weeks back and I haven’t been to a Gym in a while. I met the Gym manager Adam Deas.Adam show me the vast array of workout equipment and amenitiesMr Deas was very professional and I would certainly recommend this Gym to anyone .

This is a well maintained gym. Equipement recently updated. Cardio machines way better now. Its always staffed, even during 24hr days. It can get very busy during high times. Too busy for me so i go to another one if im going after work. Showers in mens need some work. Some work some dribble. Thats the only reason its a 4.

This is a great place to come to. I personally like the pool and jacuzzi. The sauna is always packed. But there is always exercise equipment for everyone.

DO NOT GO TO THE GYM. They are a bunch of thieves. They continuously charged my account, without meKnowing, for a membership that i didn’t have a key to use, because I turned it in when I canceled my membership. And now there is “nothing they can do” about the roughly 50-60 bucks that they stole from me. Had I known that I still had a membership, I would’ve put it to some use. Do not use this gym, planet fitness or literally any other gym is much more understanding and won’t steal from your account without you knowing. Very unprofessional. Thats money practically down the drain. Who knows, they’ll probably keep my information to secretly charge my account in the future, also without me knowing.Clearly it’s a pattern for them, since the last few reviews say the same thing happened to them. Screw this gym, go to a different one.

February 14th 2024 I walked into the gym and met a very nice, kind and amazing person named Justin. He works. The front desk is nice and kind and very helpful. So I was able to go and check out the water aerobics class which that's what I was looking for and was able to get in there and work out with the people in the aerobics class. The instructor named Tiffany is so awesome and amazing the nicest sweet kind person ever. I also the following day went to Tiffany's exercise class and water ? aerobics class on the 15th of February both of the class were awesome! Thank you! First off! Linsdey is a terrible manager and probably terrible person too. She had the audacity to say "You should handle your adult responsibilities" to me over the phone. I thought managers were suppose to have better customer service than that. SMH. Second I made a menbership there July 2022. the last time I was there was December 26th 2022. The contract was good for 1 year. meaning it would end July 2023 or June 2023 being the last auto payment. I have moved away from the area. When I signed the contract I was told "It is good for one year. It does not auto renew". I went 1hr and half out of my way to try and get this settled because trying to handle it over the phone never worked. I was getting placed on hold for a very long time or even getting hung up on. So I'm at the establishment and this worker there kept rolling his eyes and acting like I was an inconvenience. I told him I wanted to be refunded from July 2023 to now. He sounded doubtful but said he'd leave a note. They called me the next day and said "We've refunded the last payment and your membership has been cancelled. I'm very angry with the unprofessional performance of this place. They will continue to rip people's pockets as long as their doors are open. This place needs a serious wake up call.

Don’t join this gym if you’re interested in using it for basketball. Been a part of big groups kicked off the court for “pickleball” even though there has never been anyone there to play. Wouldn’t even let me warm up/dribble while I waited on my gym partner with no other person on the court. Staff has been exceptionally rude. Cancelled my membership after years and years of being a customer.

I absolutely love this gym. The atmosphere is awesome. The classes are amazing. The results ride with Paula gets you moving it's a great full body workout.
