I had a great experience at Motor Masters! They replaced my alternator the same day I called, and the service was excellent. A couple of weeks later, my catalytic converter went out, and they quickly ordered the part and had it replaced within a day. The staff was friendly, fast, and very informative. Highly recommend!

The Best Place to take your car especially when it is need of service. They are so very conscientious, knowledgeable, honest and very kind. These guys own their business and know what they’re doing no matter what brand of car you bring them. I’ll use them every time ?

Took my vehicle to them and they did a diagnostic test telling me it was fuel injector, sparkplug wires, and new coil. Something that should have taken 1 day took 4 days. After spending a lot and I mean a lot of money. The problem wasn't even fixed. When I googled the problems I thought it might be it showed all the symptoms I was having. They should have replaced the fuel pump. If I take it back they will charge a lot more money. Plus I don't trust them because I feel like if they are mechanics they would have known from the start what was wrong.

The repairs were done fast and beyond my expectations. The service was very friendly and explained clearly to me what needed to be done and even explained what would happen if I delayed the repairs. The list was long of things that needed to be done, so I will be back to do the rest of the repairs happily. Great job guys!!!

I don't post often but, these guys deserve one in my book. I was impressed, and this is not the first or last time I will trust my vehicles to Motor Masters. They are friendly, prompt, thorough and as honest of a business I can find in Grayson county. Honesty is hard to come by these days so, I'm so very happy to have them care for my vehicles as much as they do. A rare fund indeed!

I called in the am to ask if i could get an appt for an oil change in the next few days as i was visiting from out of town. The person i spoke with asked me if i could come down now! I did, and he also was kind and efficient and gave me a discount because i had a person before me. Highly recommend for their skill and great customer service!
