This location, particularly the manager,
Mrs. Sims works and fights for her customers in ways that I have never seen. This is the MetroPCS store that you want to visit in Sherman. Do not visit the MetroPCS on the Texoma Parkway! They suck really bad, and they lie. But this store is absolutely the best with the best staff with the best possible customer service that I've ever seen.

I came to the store yesterday to get an upgrade and the manager talked me out of getting the damn phone while the black lady was trying to assist me. She spoke to me in a tone that I didn't like so I left. I came back today and luckily the black lady remembered me and knew exactly what I wanted and she explained my insurance deductible to me but I decided to just get the upgrade. My experience with her was pleasant and I thank her so much for her just being kind. Fyi just cause you're a manager doesn't mean you get be rude.

I had a phone deal and I leave the store for a sec and come back with my phones gone 10k worth of iPhone 19 iPhones to be exact the white lady with glasses let a regular customer go out the back door of the store with my phones and she was doing under the table work with them and robbed be and said he didn’t know where he went and disappeared from the store. This lady is a con artist I made police report and working to check store cameras I would appreciate if the owner got in touch with me and get rid of this corrupt/thief/ con artist fired.!!!!IF OWNER OR MANAGEMENT SEE THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME !!!

Lindsey with the torn ACL lied to me and said that if I paid for their insurance monthly that I could get absolutely free repairs if something happened to my phone and that was a bold faced fraudulent claim because there is a huge fee that you must pay if something happens to your phone. And when I asked about she tried to play as though she told me everything upfront. So don't trust this place if you want honesty.

Was in the today and seen sign $40 unlimited and free phone if you change providers.2 employees working and the girl said it would be $125 out the door for free phone which understand your monthly charge .But she says your required to get insurance ,screen protector and activation fee.I felt like they were all about commission cause there signs in windows only said 40 a month unlimited and free phone for new or change of providers

Haven and Zi helped me get a new phone and all set up today! They were fantastic! Very helpful! They were happy and had positive attitudes! Also so friendly! I enjoyed my experience with them! Would highly recommend going to that store!
