The one that I frequent is on East Berry in Fort Worth. ?I'm really NOT a technical person however the person that assisted was very very patient when I purchase my first tablet. Buying a tablet may not seem like a major thing to you guys but it was major for me. Getting it synced and downloading all my information and etc! He really went above and beyond with all my questions. Whenever I'm in Plano I go to the one on Custer. My experience there has always been positive!

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I cannot give zero stars. True story, the manager lied to me in my face, told me that he knew more than me when I was reading the website from MetroPCS that said we could do what I wanted to do and he flat out told me no we could not. I drove to the other store not 2 miles away and they were able to do everything I wanted them to do within 10 minutes for only $25. Do not go to the store. No one should be lied to and no one should ever have to pay to be lied to.

Well I tried to connect my iPhone to T-Mobile only to find out this isn't T-Mobile but the people are nice and I didn't have to wait in a long line which is a plus in any mobile store.

Chris was phenomenal. When I came into MetroPCS today, he had a packed store and was working all by himself. Even still, he managed to make me feel welcome and heard. He was very patient with all of the customers even though half of them spoke no English and he spoke little or no Spanish. He even managed to get the ESIM feature to function properly. He is a true life saver. Next time I come to this location I hope he is working!

Been going to Chris for years and had always been more than satisfied with metro for years til here of recent. Chris is now very rude and doesn't want help rather just sell you a new phone and make you go through the hassle of what it takes getting a new phone n number. He cussed my mother out for going to change her name off my plan! And she doesn't even have a phone thru them. It was something she did for me and was totally disrespect by Chris.lost a valued customer
