Michelle I want to say thank you for doing great job in dying my hair. Unfortunately, after all the money I’ve spent on these extensions you would think that you would accommodate this situation after you tightened my extensions and I had to go back a week later for you to fix the mistake you made. Just to go somewhere else and have to pay more for your mess up.

I moved to Sherman in desperate need for a remedy to a hair coloring disaster. I read a lot of great reviews about Maxim and called. Tammie called back immediately and we determined Laura M. would be best for me. Laura M. transformed my hair from a stripy, brassy mess to absolutely beautiful color (pic would not attach). I have been going to her for 2 years and could not be happier. BTW-I see reviews that they do not call people back--that's because the phone/answering machine does not go to the shop...it is my understanding it goes to the owner who does not return or forward.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I moved to Sherman 2 years ago and needed a new hair dresser. I read many great reviews about Maxim Salon, so I called and left a message. Tammy called back immediately, discussed my hair wants and needs, and set appt with Laura M. I could not be happier! It was the best hair coloring I ever had! Laura @ Maxim is the only person I will see--ever-- and have sent a couple friends to her and they are very happy. NOTE: The phone now rings to the owner or somewhere other than the salon and that's why people are not getting called back now.... The salon ladies are all very responsive!

I support this business. It’s ridiculous for someone to leave a bad review because someone chooses not to change the English language to humor you in your initial communication via text. Who brings up identity politics in a first communication? Someone trying to bait you.
