It is a lowes.like many other stores., I was looking for a large A/C unit and this is where I found the largest , I bought 2 and a new grill . The lady who was trying to help me had to have someone with a key and he took forever , came down there ,then walked.away had to wait longer . Finally got it all loaded..

Went in to find a repair of some sort to fix the tile in the shower. Found Maria in the door department and told her what we needed so she took us to the flooring section and found exactly what we needed. Her help really helped us out and saved us money in the long run. Thank you for the help. Workers like her is part of the main reason i shop Lowes in the first place.

Great place to go if you need to fix anything or whatever you need for your home improvement repairs or anything and the staff is very helpful

I was in the store 2 wks ago & it took 30 mins before I got an actual employee to assist me. I had 2 female employees walk towards me & I asked if they were here to help me & as they said a definitive No as they walked on past me! This morning, I have been on the phone trying to get thru for 3 hrs only talking to 2 actual people who, over these 3 hrs, I was transferred, put on hold, hung up on, transferred....etc & when I finally was able to get thru to a live person in "Customer Service" HA! They said that they could Not help me but proceeded to transfer me to some sort of manager....which after ANOTHER long wait, I was HUNG UP on Again for the 6th time!!! I WILL NEVER shop or buy Anything from Lowe's again!!! They DO NOT & WILL NOT HONOR their extended Warranty that they sell you for their Appliances either.....so my wife & I are OUT of our money for buying a Brand new Refrigerator from them at rhe beginning of Nov. of 2023 & Lowe's told us it wasn't their problem & then again CLICK! I would give them a ZERO rating, but it won't offer me that choice! I refuse to use Home Depot, but it looks like I don't have a choice now due to Lowe's!!!

Dashawn and Carlos delivered my new washer this morning. It was the best delivery experience I have ever had. They were so polite and professional and fast! Such a wonderful experience!

Curbside order. Sat and waited 10 minutes after checking in and no one brought out order. Called curbside nobody answered. Went inside to customer service, she was very nice, Erika, she called twice, still nobody showed up. Poor curbside service

This morning around 930 I was at Lowe's and visited the lawn and garden center, the two men working were very courteous and helpful and the girl at check out inquired if I found everything OK and if she could help me with anything else. I really appreciated them going the extra mile.

Store is good, lots of stuff... a little bit less options and inventory compared to a store like McKinney. Specialty hardware drawers picked over or empty in many spots. Mostly go here for hardware or engineered gas for mower.
