My Father in Law flipped his truck and rolled it 3 times. This place was very concerned with him after the fact and helped us get his stuff. I hope this place knows how much it meant to us that Preston was there for us. We were from out of state and he worked with us and helped us. Meant a lot to us.

Roadside assistance through my insurance. They were there in just a few minutes and did a great job jumping my battery and getting me in my way. The man was very friendly.

When our Explorer and trailer was in pounded I called multiple times and couldn't talk with someone and when I did get a person to answer either they wasn't available or didn't answer the door when they said. Have set hours and stick to those hours!! Lost both too them including a johndeere riding mower.

Called to get my shi* towed they said they could be there in a hour I took off of my job to make this happen and something was off after an hour so I decided to call back and see if they had picked up my truck and they said that they’re guy had been in a wreck and they weren’t gonna be able to help me out so why not call me back and let me know had to call hookem and they helped me out instantly!

First company I called would not help me because i broke down with a Porsche. Lone star had no problem rescuing me from the side of the road and getting me home. Great service, fast pickup and outstanding professional driver. Would call again and recommend them to family
