I took my 2005 Dodge dually to ask them if they could spray a new layer on my existing liner that was done over 7 years ago, not only were they extremely rude, their lack of knowledge was very suprising. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone and I've been living in this area for 30 yrs.

Had LineX Install a bed liner in my truck. After a few months, I put a piece of tractor equipment in the bed which caused a very deep gash in the liner. Spoke with the owner to see if it would be covered under warranty and was told “No, you put a box blade in the bed of your truck”... I was under the impression that installing a bed liner was to prevent damage to your bed? Obviously not a product they stand behind and I would not use them again!!!

They lined the hood of my Polaris Ranger and it came out great. They were honest and warned me about the possible negative side effects of lining plastic, but they did so well that none of that happened and after 1 year it still looks new.

Had a Leer retracting cover that failed within 3 months of purchase. Line x’s Robert took care of every thing. And I mean everything. He dealt with the mfg directly. The cover was returned to the mfg so they determine why it failed Got my new pretty quickly. Robert kept me in the loop. Truly exceptional service.
