Not a safe place for women. I was being followed by a young male employee while I was shopping the other day. Even when I went to the bathroom, he was waiting outside of it watching for me to come out. He was staring at me at the checkout line. I was followed outside to my car and was being watched by him as I got in and drove away.

Kroger Pharmacy is terrible. Not one time in over year have they met the promised pick-up date for my prescriptions. Most of the time the pharmacy does not even start to work on the prescription until after I attempt pick-up at the pharmacy. The most recent issue, on Thursday June 3, the pharmacies web site showed one of my auto refill prescriptions showed my refill in progress and would be ready by 12 PM on Monday June 7th. I went to the Pharmacy at 8 PM on Monday and my medications were not ready. At first the Pharmacy Tech tried to play it off like I was trying to pickup to early until I showed her a screen shot of the original promised by date. She then went over to the Pharmacist and told me they were out of my medication. I asked how often do they order it since my prescription had been in process for 4 days. I was told Humalog is ordered daily, so my next question was "if it is ordered and delivered daily, then why after 4 days did they still not have my prescription. This question was met with indifference and I was told it should be ready tomorrow but to call first. I will be completely out of insulin for my insulin pump in a few days. I have followed all the processes that the Pharmacy request on refills, yet Kroger in Sherman is to incompetent to fulfill my prescription. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My brother had a stroke, is in the ICU in another state. My doctor called the pharmacist here to make sure they had my meds in stock before he sent the prescription. I arrive to pick up, and the lady ringing asked for my last name & birthday, and she said "ohhh we don't have you in the system, are you sure this is the right store?" Yes, and another tech came to help her out. Then as I'm about to leave I go back and say "here's my drug card, I want to give it to you now so you don't have to re-ring thinking I'm helping the lady out. So I go to check out and the other lady sez "do you have a prescription card? It's gonna be like $700." Me: SMH Next: Yes, picking up a prescription. Her: You need to have your doctor call and allow us to release this because it's too early to refill". Me: "My doctor called to make sure it was in stock, my brother has had a stroke, he's in the ICU 6 hours away." Her: (something else unintelligible, ignorant and unhelpful). Now they could call the doctor and ask him, that's what a good pharmacist would do, but it's a power struggle between these ppl and it's easy to see this low IQ poor thing is incapable of making a good decision. Don't shop there. Update: so the doctor calls them and says it's okay to refill it, and then he calls me to say he's authorized it, and I go back over there to get it and they haven't started filling it yet. If I lived here I'd drive to Ft Worth not to have to use them, they're the worst I've ever seen by a wide margin, the girl at the window has a particularly unnecessary disposition, I think she'd do well to get a job catching rattlesnakes.
