After requesting my prescription to be transferred due to the cost it took them 2 days to complete when I had to give them a call in regards why I haven’t received any response yet. The lady in the pharmacy is very unprofessional. I called twice letting the phone ring at least 20 times each. Finally she picked up then after getting my info she abruptly put me on hold without even telling me. I had to call back again and the phone rang for several minutes before she picked up again and put me on hold during this time the phone was disconnected on her end. Horrible customer service I see why Kroger’s pharmacy rating is 2.7 will not be using them again nor will I refer.

Extremely slow answering the phone. Very short and almost rude when they do and not customer service oriented at all.

We've shopped at the Kroger in Sherman for 5 years and been relatively satisfied with them, but no more. Generally there is only one attendant checking out groceries and all of the "you scan" machines constantly malfunction. The experience checking out at this store is EXTREMELY frustrating. We are now going to try shopping elsewhere.

I tried calling 10 minutes before nine and I got here at two till nine and they would not give me my prescription. They didn't answer the phone totally bad.

AWFUL! Refused to fill my prescription unless I transferred all my prescriptions to them! I explained that this script is not covered by my ins. Explained that our small pharmacy close to our home did not take GoodRX and it was very expensive.The lady pharmacist said, "You will have to transfer all your prescriptions here before we will fill your prescription." She spoke to me as if I was a criminal to use two pharmacys.My father was a pharmacist for many years and would never have treated a customer like that. So if she thinks I would transfer my scripts to her, she's crazy.They have my script hostage and my Dr is out of town!I'm a cancer patient, and they showed no compassion.Awful!

Was in the Kroger pharmacy on 11/25 to get a prescription filled .I went In around 11am and gave all my info asked for the price of the medicine and if they had the script yet ...they told me the price and that it would be ready at 2pm I go back around 3 and the lady that was looking up my info told me oh let me have the pharmacist talk to you..I could here the pharmacist talk and say our criteria is our criteria and then walked towards me and was very loud and said we can not fill it out does not meet our criteria I said why didn't they tell me when I was over here hours ago and being very loud and rude was like it's a controlled substance and something else by this time I was embarrassed as hell and I said can you transfer it and still being rude the pharmacist said we can't transfer it your Dr has to do it ...I will never be back even to shop in the store I will go back to Walmart ...the pharmacist needs to learn how to properly talk to customers without being loud she took her bad day out on me

I literally have to basically argue with them to get my medicine. Had cancer, no thyroid, have to take medicine the rest of my life. Won’t give mo than 30 days, yet Dr prescribe 90 days. This time they only filled 1 of the 2 …out of medicine. Am told will be tomorrow, was due yesterday. When asked for a # to corporate, was told there is none. I raised my voice and told them I want it now! A miracle happened and was given a number!Terrible service 8/10 times

100% worst pharmacy in town. And that’s hard to judge because most of them are awful. However, when you are made fun of, laughed at because you are in need of a prescription and bullied, it’s time to find a new pharmacy. These women are bullies. In particular-KIM.

Worst pharmacy in town. Always an issue when I go to pick up. Staff is extremely rude, combative and just generally seem like they hate what they do. I literally had my doctor note on my prescription that I was leaving town for a trip the morning of my refill date and needed it filled basically at opening. I did this because I know how incompetent and vindictive this pharmacy can be. Well.. after calling to check up on this, they in no uncertain terms stated that they were refusing to fill it before 3pm of the date of my trip. Kroger, you should clean house back there. Very obvious culture problem affecting innocent lives
