I shopped at Sherman Kohl’s on Thursday afternoon, May 2nd, and it was a very pleasant experience. The store was clean, well stocked and great prices. One employee went over and above to help. His name is Dillan. He represents an example of the way all, who work in a service capacity should treat shoppers!! Thank you very much, Dillan, you made me very special!

I was so thankful to have Amanda M. helping me at the register. It turns out, I was hacked and someone stole my $25 Kohls Rewards! She not only called the main line for me, she waited patiently until they fixed the problem. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. She was kind and understanding. She went above and beyond, and I hope the next time I shop at Kohl’s she is helping me at the register.
