My Mother’s Day necklace got lost in the mail. When my husband was in Saturday he was told to wait for truck on Monday. When I called Tuesday they just told me to wait for the truck on Wednesday. I had to push and push to get them to track it. When they finally did it was at a Zales. I ended up having to call Zales myself to get a tracking number. They offered to cance my order and I could reorder necklace but they were not sure if I could keep discount that I had when I originally purchased it.

My husband and I will never go back to Kay Jewelry Store again. There system had taken out a extra purchase from our credit card that was not ours. We brought proof in and we are still waiting for the money to be given back to us. It's been almost a week. We have always made our Jewelry purchases here. The company needs to check ur computer software so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I have been a customer of Kay Jewelers for 32 years. I buy warranties on everything I buy, and those purchases have been many, and the cost has been substantial. Due to their need to be overly assertive on policy, they have collected the last $50 they will ever get from me. In fact, they would have sold another $1,500 necklace this evening, but that didn't happen either. Congratulations on being firm with your policy. At Kay Jewelers, in Sherman, TX -- I guess you're just an account number now.

Rude service. I ended up returning everything I got because they did not know how to do the exchanges. The ladies were exceptionally rude and called to another store to do a return. I will just go to a different store. Will never come to this Kays again.

My husband and I went in looking at rings, and Collin was amazing! He helped us find the perfect rings within our price range, we weren’t even going to get anything yet and we came back the next day because we loved what he showed us and his advice!! I seriously recommend going to see Collin!

I walked in to Kay' s Last night at 6pm in Sherman. I asked the girl if she had any 14kt gold bands. She said we only carry 10K bands, She said "You can find them on our web site." and turn around. I wanted to buy a ring yesterday at a jewelers I trusted she was not interested in helping me at all. I told her I guess I will have to look online when I get home and she said Yes, you will be able to find them online. I am so upset, I plan to go today to Jared's Maybe they want my business.

I accidentally smashed my engagement ring on my finger, and brought it in to get fixed. When I realized it had been over three weeks that I had brought it in, I called to see if it was in yet. I was informed a few days later that UPS had lost the box down in Fort Worth. Collin the manager was absolutely kind and respectful the whole time and was able to work with me about getting a replacement ring. He definitely made the terrible situation so much better. Such a great person!

The people at the store were nice and very helpful. The problem they have is there credit system. It has not taken the automatic payment twice in a row. If you do buy from them, do what you can to use another way to pay. I would have used a credit card instead.
