Best Jewely/ Jewerly Repair shop in Texoma!!Came in for a repair and immediately felt right at home! The owners are the most down to earth people and even though it was my first time visiting, I felt like I was visiting some lifelong friends.Service is beyond amazing!!! Quality and pricing are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning and sending all my frieds here.

Upon getting a battery for my watch I was told the watch had rust in the works. I took it to a reputable jeweler in Dallas and found out it was only dirt. The battery they replaced did not last very long either. Oh my watch is working perfectly now. I had sterling silver with old European marks on the handle. McEwen Jewelers said it was not sterling and that they did a test. Immediately took it to another jeweler who tested and said it was in fact sterling silver which I knew was correct. Will not use this jeweler again. I had left a msg with the woman who works the counter for the owner to return my call so that I could inform him of the problems. I never heard back.

This place is a joke. Jeff the owner verified the authenticity of a Rolex Yacht Master with 100% certainty. After I purchased the watch under his advisement it was sent to Rolex and returned as unauthentic. When I asked Jeff how we could make this right, he denied saying it was authentic and refused to take any responsibility. If you are looking for a jeweler look elsewhere. These people are absolute amateur crooks.

In today’s society it is difficult to know who you can trust, especially when dealing in wholesale/retail sales. Not only did Jeff, the owner, explain to me what my items were worth and why, he made me an offer on them that I thought was more than fair based on my limited research. The most impressive part of my experience went beyond that. I received a phone call from Jeff a half hour later informing me he had actually offered too little an amount and increased the offer. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, look no further. McEwen’s Jewelers have my business for life.
