Tax preparer, Laseter, screwed our taxes so badly and never apologized. She didn't know how to help us mail our taxes and had us pay prematurely and we were not able to recover our funds. We paid $350 for "peace of mind" and we have none and will not be refunded. We will never use H&R Block again.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, but was “done wrong” by them awhile ago. So I have tried a few other tax services since then. I wish I would’ve come to H&R Block forever ago!! Joyce was kind, quick, and professional. I left there feeling confident my taxes were done right and as effectively as possible. I am also getting help with a tax return I never got years ago, and thought it was a lost cause! Will definitely be a lifelong customer! Thank you Joyce!

I have never gotten attached to a tax pro until today. The folks at this location are great, but Rhonda Lasater went so far above and beyond. She was amazing! Despite technical issues at every turn and it being well past time closing time, she didn't give up until it was submitted. I can't express how much I appreciate you, Rhonda. You are so wonderful! Customer service skills are unmatched! You made me feel like i actually mattered. That is hard to do when I'm one of so many people filing! I will return to this location every year as long as Rhonda is there!
