For me, first impressions are everything when it comes to doing good business and I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I took half a day off of work and drove back 1 hour from Plano to Sherman for this appointment. I walked in 15 minutes early for my appointment and sat down with an older gentleman who clearly didn't know what he was doing. He didn't know how to navigate the software or even spell the word "estimate" and therefore was unable to find the price estimate tool. After more than 10 minutes of his nonsense and getting nowhere... I walked out. How are you going to employ an individual that doesn't have the proper training or even basic skills like spelling? Thanks H&R Block for wasting both my time and money today!
