We were looking for a very specific vehicle and found one used on their lot. Both Mark Nance and Larry were kind and accommodating during our entire transaction. Mark went above and beyond with our children and made them feel right at home. We appreciated the aggressively priced unit and brought home a vehicle that will meet our family needs for years to come.

I have been coming to freedom dodge Chrysler for a good while. I have had Micah service my car the last couple of time, one was to do routine service and also purchase tires for my car. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and recommended the best on tire purchase. Last week he did routine service also and gave information on needing filters changed probably next visit and also check wiper blades to see if they needed replaced. Also have a warranty on one of the tires I had purchase by hitting road trash he took care of it all. Very pleased with service at freedom. Highly recommend Micah.

Purchased my Ram 1500 Lonestar from this dealer 2018. Have been very satisfied with service department for the most part since purchase. How ever this week has me wondering and concerned about the service department. Have been having an issue with dash alarm and lights staying on even after turning truck off and removing key from ignition. Has run battery down twice and left me stranded. Set up appointment with Service group before the Labor Day weekend. Brought truck to them on Tuesday 9-4-24. They were suppose to check it out and repair that day. Called around 3:00p.m. and again at 4:00p.m. Told that no one had even looked at my truck and that they were short handed with Techs. Would be Wednesday before they could get to truck.
Called Wednesday after 3:00p.m. and given same story but, now it's employees, some Mechanics, have left and gone to work somewhere else plus some out ill. !!!!! If this is the case then why not tell customers so they can find another dealer or Dealership suggest another place to take customer vehicle to for timely repairs. Why is Freedom Dodge not hiring new employees. After previous two times of being to this Dealership I'm getting the impression that they are having internal employee issues which are caring over to customers getting good quality service. Last conversation it now sounds like it could be the week of 9-9-24 before my truck gets repairs. Not happy as this is putting me behind on work related items in my life.

My wife took her 2019 Charger in to get a full service done. This is where she got the car when it was new. She has always taken it to them for all things. About a month ago, she took it in for it regular full service. She called me and said the service manager said she had an oil leak and it would be $500 to repair. I had her bring the car home without any repairs done, but complete the service job. We put the car in the garage and placed several white towels under the engine area. After several weeks their were no oil spot on the towels. This has lost our trust to do a service anymore. They just tried to scam my wife.

I scheduled an appointment at Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, for an oil change on my 2022 5th gen Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins. I was invited to use the New Jeep waiting Area/Showroom it's very nice and I had the opportunity to visit with another Ram owner which was the highlight of my visit, the New Showroom was bright and filled with warm tones of light. A nice place to spend 3 hours. Now my service experience was ok. My service advisor made me a little uncomfortable when I was told the price of my BOGO free oil change and warranty. This was the second oil change where My bill was supposed to make me happy about my previous decision to purchase the BOGO oil change. Guys keep better records and don't tell me the Buy one get one free oil change has an expiration date. When I purchased it in May of this year. You can't make everyone happy but you were close enough this time.

Honor your promotions or stop emailing them to me. I presented the Buy One Get One Free email at my last oil change in May. The svc advisor wrote BOGO on that receipt. 3 months later, I schedule the follow up free oil change. Following the service, the service advisor presented a bill and told me the BOGO offer expired? I tried to explain I was promised the 2nd oil change no charge 3 months prior. I was redirected to walk on the other side of the bldg to speak with a supervising advisor who told me he’ll do me a favor and honor the offer this time. News flash… it’s not a favor. It’s called following up on your promise, the offer. Very disappointing!

Great service from Freedom Chrysler Dodge in Sherman, TX last week. They quickly identified the issue and had it repaired. I trust them to work on my Challenger.

Was traveling through Dallas and Radio wasn’t working in brand new Jeep, tried restarting car and waited maybe 10 minutes and radio still wouldn’t work. Popped in 10 minutes before closing and was service clerk said he couldn’t help me unplug my battery or anything to get me back on the road. He was quite rude, and said all the tool boxes are locked up. Understood, but he could have taken the time to call someone at the dealer, I’m sure there was someone with a wrench set.
Took it to the next dealer Bonham Jeep down the road they had a salesmen wait till after close to help me out, all fixed in under 2 minutes. I guess the salesmen at Bonham are more capable then the service advisors at Freedom.
