Only place in town that was able to change the oil in my Genesis G90 vehicle. They didn't carry my filter in stock, but had one delivered and installed. Very customer oriented.

Brought my 21 KIA Soul S in there for a quick oil change and the guy working the front counter argued with me when I requested full synthetic oil saying that car doesn't need it. Uhhh KIA requires it for that car and if I'm paying for it then why argue?? I felt like it was quite rude. Not to mention the guy down below complaining about the filter being "hard" to get to ?

1st time to visit this shop. Very nice young man. He was gracious enough to install an air filter for me that I purchased at a Sherman parts store. I thought the parts store would install it but they said they couldn't do mechanical work. Ha!Thank you to Hogan's Jif-E Lube for outstanding customer service.

Took my Hyundai Veloster in for oil change,,never give it any thought until I went to change my own oil,,they had put the wrong size oil filter on my car... unbelievable very small no name filter I will never let them touch my car again that's just wrong they could have voided my warranty for what reason,,too lazy to get right size on..you shouldn't screw people around and think they will never know..been working on cars most my life...
