Let me say Johnthan was very rude my payment was due today but don't get paid until tomorrow and ask could we bring payment Monday and he became very rude they don't have a payment plan which one wasn't needed they are very rude and wouldn't do business with them we didn't even get a payment date option when we signed up

I went to the store to purchase a new mattress and box spring and being a first time buyer, I was nervous. Jonathan made the whole process super easy and made sure I understood everything about my payments and early payoff. He even told me about their program which will save me 10 percent off my AT&T bill. Both Jonathan and Skyler are super nice guys and I recommend working with them!

Rude store manager at this location. The Company states they have flexible payment options, but if you want to make a smaller payment each week, good luck. Was threatened with legal action, would come to my place of business to collect, would come to my home to collect, would call the police on me, called me a thief, he could call me any time he wanted to in order to collect payment. Tried explaining that my husband had spent 6 months of the past year in the hospital and wasn't working at this time. He is a disabled Veteran and only gets paid once a month and needed to change how we paid. West told me no and told me he was going to send a certified letter and he will see me in Court. I have 2 months left on my lease. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!! Best of luck if you do!!

I was employed for one day at Buddy's. I got home, checked the mail, and found a jury duty summons. The next day when I showed up for work, I showed the manager who hired me the notice and immediately got fired. Plus, I never got paid for my one day of work. I don't know if the whole company is a den of snakes and cheats like the crooks who run the Sherman store, but I would rather sit in an empty house with no furniture than deal with these scumbags. If you have any common sense or self respect, you'll find yourself another establishment to give your business.

Got furniture here and was great at first. We got a bedbug outbreak and they were kind to replace my bed. We called again because 5 months later it happened again in the same furniture and same spot and at this point we had already moved. I tried to tell them what was going on so maybe they can check their wear house so no one else might have this problem. The issue I had was customer service. The manager did not want to hear what I had to say and kept cutting me off when I would talk. Also seemed when you would call for anything they would never call you back unless it was to hound you for your money after you explain when you are getting paid you will pay them. My advise is I would shop around more before choosing and furniture store.

They have the most amazing furniture in their store and can order just about anything you want to dress up your home interior. Very nice people very Welcoming. I would recommend Nana's attic to everyone.

I was buying a brand new bed from them, paid it off it. Now my bed has rip on one the sides. After paying my bed off, we went back up there to up grade our TV to a bigger flat screen, I made three payments on the TV and didn't like the way the picture was. So went back and got a brand new 55" inch Polaroid, they loaded it in the car and we put a blanket over the tv so it wouldn't get damaged. Bunch of liars I wouldn't do any business here attempted to try to work for these people they gave me nothing more than the run around. Take your money across the street to rent a center I have rented from them before and they are nothing short of excellent and the service is impeccable.
