Customer service here has some issues. Hard to find someone to help you out and when you do, they have no idea on the products they are helping you with. Store is clean and easy to get around. Prices ok.

Not cool at all. We got in a line and waited on a the customer in front of us to check out. When the cashier got done she said she can get you over there and took off. So we waited on that cashier to take some ones life history. Even though they could see we were clearly agitated they acted like they couldn't see the problem.An I'm sorry she shouldn't have done that would probably have been just fine.If the first cashier would have said something when we first walked up it wouldn't have been a problem.

Was just there to purchase a workbench. They wouldn't honor the 10% Presidents Day discount for everyone. Said it was 15% for members only..... Now I know why I don't shop HF

I don't get the hate these places get - good stuff for good prices. I'm all about saving money - I've had zero issues using anything I've got here - mind you I use everything personally and sparingly at that, don't quote me if you're trying to use something everyday all day.

Nice store. Always spend more money than I expect, usually just going in for 1 or 2 items and come out with 10 or 57 items. The parking lot is narrow and they sit in between the Bootbarn and Aldis and Aldis has some shady characters ? but I still come out with 84 things so who really cares. Well my ol lady cares, she always gives me grief because I got 132 new tools but she shops at Aldis and I'm pretty sure she's shady. She'll eventually simmer down and forget all about the 214 new tools I just got.

Bought a Viking jumper/air compressor. Only used it a few times before the compressor quit working. Since it was past 90 days they wouldn't back it up. Viking is like their brand so I would just avoid it.
