Ordered flower delivery to my grandmother from out of state using Hannah’s Florist online ordering. The flowers delivered did not end up exactly matching the photo, but my grandmother loved them and I felt like they did a great job on such a short notice. Thank you for helping me send Love to my grandmother on her birthday!

This was the worst flowers I have ever ordered from. I sent flowers to my dear friend in the military from Virginia to Texas and I was so happy and excited for her to receive them on her birthday! I’m in literal tears the flowers I orders for over 80$ look like flowers I could have picked outside in the streets. Terrible service terrible display of caring for their customers and military personnel. I will be sure to never use this service again and I will be making sure no one else waste their hard earn money. The photos I posted is what I ordered versus what I got. They look nothing alike!

Ordered a large flower arrangement for a visitation. What was delivered was a cheap plant instead. And the card had “finance” written on it after our sincere message. Totally unacceptable. Called to try to rectify the problem and got a third party who asked us to take a picture of the arrangement so they could investigate. Really? How cheap, sloppy, and disrespectful. Don’t use Ruth’s Roses who apparently contracts with Hannah’s who apparently uses a third party to manage their business even though Ruth’s Roses advertised as “family owned and operated.”

I just spent over 150.00 for 2 plants The truck is smaller then I expected and and online was 50.00 and I was charged 75.00. I accepted that. But the second one I received that was supposed be the large one, because everything else was sold out, has dead leaves on it and is pretty small. Doesn’t look anything like the flowers I asked for.

I placed an order through their website I ordered an arrangement based on their pictures, and I am truthfully disappointed on the product my mom received for Mother’s Day. To add on I order their premium version of the arrangement and the product received looks nothing like a “premium ” version of anything. I understand that products will never look like their pictures but this was a disservice.

Owner of florist, Tammy, called me first this morning. Advised never received my original emails as email address is incorrect on her website; she will correct. Owner sincerely apologized for state of flower arrangement and plans to refund my money and also offered to send my aunt flowers in place of the other arrangement. I declined, but did appreciate her personally reaching out and making this right. I believe she sincerely was disappointed in the look of this arrangement also and I appreciate her honesty and ability to make things "right." I would definitely consider using Hannah's Florist again in the future.
I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral service which took place last Thursday 5/2. I had ordered from Hannah’s Florist before as my uncle and aunt live in Sherman, Texas. However, the flowers that were supplied for my uncle were very disappointing. I privately reached out to the florist, through their customer service email, TWICE, but have not received any contact from them. I have supplied a pic showing flower arrangement we ordered, featured on their website along with the pic of the flowers that were delivered. Also, a pic showing one of the few lilies in the arrangement was damaged. Very disappointing to spend over $90 and this arrangement was what my family saw. I will not be ordering flowers for Mother’s Day for my aunt this year from Hannah’s Florist.

Our daughter goes to college in Sherman and is 6 hours from home. I have ordered flowers from them a few times for Valentines or other occasions and they’ve always delivered on time and have been beautiful. ?

Wonderful service! I ordered a plant for my grandmother, and didn't realize it was a very small arrangement from the online photos. Hannah's Florist called me to discuss the order, and instead of the small arrangement pictured online, made a beautiful living arrangement for my grandmother. She loved it, and I appreciated Hannah's Florist working with me to create something that would brighten her day.
