Bought a brand new controller here less than a year ago. Was told if I bought the warranty on it that I could bring it back for a brand new one. Went in today to return it after 10 months because the buttons stopped working, only for them to have changed the terms of the already purchased warranty. I can’t wait until this business goes under.

"The store is experiencing technical difficulties."I am trying to cancel a pick up order but there is no way to communicate with them, and the item also cannot be canceled online. Please, respond to my comment with a way to contact this store by today - not the gamestop customer service, (they only tell me to contact the store, no matter how much I explain to them there is no way to contact you guys ) - and I will remove by 1 star review.

My two sons and I went into the game stop, and even though we were just browsing the lady behind the counter let my son pick out some Pokémon cards. He was super excited, and I was very thankful for her kindness.

To expensive, but what game stops not. Don't have very good selection on games, but has on toys of the games. Not much of a store in my opinion.

I had an outstanding experience at GameStop recently, all thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Manager Tyler. I had been struggling with a persistent issue for days, but Tyler's expertise and dedication shone through. In just a few minutes, he not only resolved my problem but also exhibited a level of professionalism and work ethic that deserves commendation. Tyler's character and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction are truly commendable. GameStop is fortunate to have such a valuable asset in their team. Kudos to Tyler for going above and beyond to make my visit a fantastic one!

Whoever the silly employee’s are can’t pick up a phone. Out of spite I called for 20 min over n over again and got nothing. I had one question that takes 2 seconds to answer. If you pick up the phone maybe I won’t spam your stupid team.

They only schedule one check out person on Saturday, plan on waiting in line for 30 minutes if you go. Cashier said that is normal.

When I call to inquire about a trade in they never answer the phone so I had to drive all the way up to the store just to find out they wouldn't accept my console because of the controller. If they had answered the phone I would have been able to save the trip

I love this place.. people are friendly., knowledgeable about the merchandise.. very very helpful..(nitpicking) The "ONLY" reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the hours I would love earlier opening hours during the week..
