I would give a zero!! First Lady nail and spa are very unsanitary they gave me my first toe fungus ever I was kind embarrassed to post but this is ridiculous!! I always do my own toes but I was going on vacation so I decided to give them a try … why did I do that?! I chose the pineapple pedicure, & I already had to ask the man to replace a foot scrubber that looked like the whole town used it was almost the size of a old bar of soap and he was upset! long story short if you love your feet don’t not come here!! I also observed no cleaning solution anywhere not even the dirty nail brushes… They are not up to the correct cleaning standards to own this type of business in my opinion!! My service was a pedicure with gel polish I removed myself after one week due to a burning sensation and this is the result

Service vas ok but they hurt the ankle of my boyfriend in the Deluxe pedicure, gel was just ok.

Great work! But more expensive than most nail places. And sorry but last time I walked in because it says they take walk ins, the guy was irritated i didn't make an appt, said I knew I should have. Fella I'd only been there once before. So instead of just doing the job right he sped through it like he was in a huge hurry and they didn't look good. But I'm not one to complain so I just paid and left. And I love the dip powder but they don't do refills on the dips. Everyone else does though.

I love this place!!!! The service is amazing and the skills are even better! I tried this place out and kept coming back. The price is great and everyone is so professional. Everyone should try this place out!

I love this place!!!! It's such a great atmosphere and the manicurists here are all skilled and professional. The price is amazing and they are very upfront with their waiting times and everything. Love it! Always find myself coming back!

Horrible place to go to! All we wanted was a basic pedicure to remove an ingrown. Tell me why the lady I got was horribly rude! Was trying to talk to her in telling her what I wanted she snatch the menu away from me. I would ask her a question and she would roll her eyes. Told her the water was to hot and completely kept ignoring after I caught her attention she disrespectfully got mad and said the water was cold. I don't know what her problem was I tried being sweet but heck's no if she didn't want to work well she can call in next time! I wish I can leave 0 stars. Never will come back. Don't recommend either

I was hesitant to try new nail salons at first, especially when I was new to the area. I found First Lady Nail, and upon a friend, refer me to Vu. He was very nice and articulate about his artwork. He is very professional and helpful in choosing out the designs. ask for Vu!!

I chose the luxury pedicure and my toes were bleeding after the cuticle cut, the sides of my nails weren’t cleaned up and trimmed like other places I’ve been to, and it almost feels like you’re a bother as a customer. I was told to sit in chair 4 and sat there for a good 20+ mins before anyone even walked over to me. There’s an older lady with glasses who works there and she’s often times really rude. I stopped coming here a year ago because of her customer service but today that I decided to give it another shot, it wasn’t the exception. On a positive note, the older male who actually did my pedicure was really nice but just not very gentle or thorough on the feet. I don’t plan on returning here unfortunately.Services: Foot massages

I really love this place! I love the different shades of pinks they have. My nails have never been healthier and I love the fact that they stay on with my lifestyle. This is my forever place for my nails and I am very picky! :)
