I use First Convenience Bank in Walmart and I think that all the employees are lazy why would you open at 10:00 people have to work and some don't get off until they close you would think they'd open when Walmart opened they have bad service I've had them for 2 years and have never tried to use my overdraft and the days I needed it for bills I didn't have it it won't let me and it still hasn't let me use it one of these days I'm going to switch Banks because I can't deal with this Bank no more too many screw-ups I've been hacked they think they can just touch your money whenever no matter what account you have and I will not put up with that so yes they barely deserve one star the only person I ever liked in that bank that did me right was Frankie quit probably because they suck so hopefully she's at a better place

I am very happy with First Convenience Bank. 1) it's conveniently located inside the Walmart building and 2) the bank employees are always attentive, courteous and efficient. I bought a huge supply of checks, so I plan to continue my association with FCB for a long time!

I’ve banked with for about 6 years some of the problems I’ve had were the employee turn over you don’t get time to know who you are dealing with nor them getting to know you I know that there if age but there maturity level wasn’t very high it was like dealing with a lot of kids.

The staff have always been so helpful and courteous to me. They have been friendly and done everything they could to help me understand things I needed to know since the passing of my husband. I’d sing their praises and recommend to everyone.

I was trying to pay my brother in law bill and it kept on declining so I went up to 1st convenience and talk to Frankie about it and she told me it was the zip code of my card and so I called to try to pay the bill again and the rep told me it wasn’t the zip code. So I went back up to 1sf convenience and talked to Frankie and Callie and they both said it must be the billing address so me and Frankie went into the office called the bill people to chance the billing address and finally it got change I’m so glad there are good people that will help people like me out there. I would like to recommend Frankie and Callie as the awesomeness team of 1st convenience bank! And I would go to them again !

I'll give a 1 star because the bank wrote down a old account number for me so therefore I put that account into my direct deposit for work. And yesterday was payday and was wondering why I'm not getting paid, it was because the bank didn't even bother to pay attention on what they was doing for me. And gave me the wrong account number, so now I didn't get paid and now im getting my car repo. The bank ruin my plans.

Horrible customer service and incompetent staff at sherman branch. I have worked in banking for years and never seen such bad customer service.I called 3 days before Christmas to see if I could have my overdraft protection turned on ( I always opt to have it off) as I deposit thousands of dollars there every month and wanted to purchase one last minute Christmas gift . I was told multiple times it was turned on and I could make my purchase . My card was rejected and I called back two more time and told it a as turned on. only when I calles back the third time on Christmas eve to be told the previous reps only did not turn it on and that they could turn it on now for me and it would be three more days of waiting.I will be closing my account and would not recommend this bank to anyone they do not train thier staff well and have made no attempt to make this right . I also had an incompetent guy who opened my account to start with inwould give them zero stars if I could .

The staff is great, but the policies that allow the bank to essentially steal your money through NSF fees is ridiculous. Charging me $68 because I did not have money. Even though I have the app and track my purchases they still are not ever accurate as far as what posts and goes through. Then they charge you for the inaccuracies in their system.

If I could give this bank negative stars, I absolutely would! My account is constantly being hacked. It was drained a couple weeks ago of all but 12 cents and I got a letter in the mail today stating that the money would NOT be refunded because it was reported more than 60 days after the fraudulent activity occurred. I’m sorry, it’s been 20 days since it occurred and that’s because I’ve been waiting for them to put the money back and they haven’t. Now they’re telling me they won’t. I am suing this bank for the money that was stolen and the cost of a lawyer! I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone!!
