I just want to take a minute to give a huge shout-out to Doug at your Sherman Print+Ship location. Having never done full service printing, Doug was quick to answer the phone, and super friendly! He helped me make sure my project was printed and cropped correctly, and even went so far as to trim it to the exact size I needed! The print is beautiful, a gorgeous shade of pink, and on exactly the kind of cardstock I wanted. He made the process easy and quick - really quick! It was less than 2hr from the first call to me picking it up! I really appreciate his hard work. Also a shout-out to Noah, who was friendly at the checkout and seemed like he really wanted to be there, even right before they closed. Thank you for your help, Doug and Noah!

Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone or if they do they hang up immediately. I would never recommend this location to anyone

I’d rather speak on the phone with a debt-collector or the IRS than deal with FedEx in any capacity.I will no longer be ordering online from Sam’s club or Walmart JUST because they use FedEx. No wonder Amazon told them to kick rocks.

Everyone that works here has always been friendly and apologetic to the 10-15 minute wait you WILL experience to drop off one box. I love to shop Walmart online but their returns are in store or fedex drop only and I’m actually going to stop shopping there due to what a pain it is to drop boxes here. I feel so bad for them that there is only one employee working. Come on management. This is not ok.

If I could give no stars, I would. I needed some large copies in a bit of a hurry. I live 20 miles away, so I wanted to make sure they could do it. I called them three times and let the phone ring for 30 or so rings. No one ever answered the phone. I emailed them my question and no one answered the email. I won't ever go there.

Had a big to do list,print out picture,Fax several pages then, sent envelope off. They had the normal team and some managers. It was a delight to see employees giving it all. Thanks. I used to fly Dassault falcon 20 (FedEx’s start up jet in 1973) and Lear jets to charter moving FedEx and car parts. It’s never to late to fly freight. PROSIT

Employee Shawn was so helpful and friendly! I couldn't get my card to work in the printer so he set it up with a code so I could pay up front instead. I appreciate his helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
