This is the worst company. my package has not been received yet and no update. My package has been out for delivery since yesterday morning from Sherman TX to Gainesville TX. The is no human being you can talk to and they have only a virtual assistant which does not help at all. this is ridiculous. two days so far to deliver a package from Dallas tx to Gainesville tx. I got an update now that shows " future delivery requested" although I didn't request that.

Delivered to the wrong house AGAIN!!! That's nearly $500 someone just got for free!! When it comes to FedEx you can just count on your package not making it to you. I have been on the phone with customer service 3 times and haven't gotten anywhere. They stated yesterday around 2pm the driver will go back and pick up my packages and call me to redeliver (didn't happen) now they are saying it will take a week for them to figure out what happened. The picture they posted for proof only shows the boxes and a small part of the bottom of the garage so you can't tell where it was actually delivered. My garage door was left half way open so it clearly wasn't mine. Just ridiculous how FedEx can't get it together UPS does just fine with my packages. So no excuses.

Very poorly handled took a package in to be returned. Had a return shipping label on my phone The guy behind the counter told me that he couldn’t use the numbers that the company gave me and I had to email it to him so standing right there. I emailed it to the FedEx store the guy didn’t even asked me for my email address. So I asked the guy did you get the email? He said yes I said how could you have done that you didn’t even get my email address. He didn’t even know my name . This was a time sensitive package . Instead of it being returned to where it needed to go it went back to my house without the return shipping address on it which means he didn’t get the shipping address even though he told me he did and didn’t know what he was doing. I’m so mad because now I gotta takeoff work again go back up there and start all over again. Ridiculous and if I get charged $500 for this return that was time sensitive because fedex screwed up. FedEx you gonna pay for it. You need to train your people better! I am very disappointed

Driver refuses to leave any packages at my house, they keep saying no one is home even though the packages don’t require a signature. I have to drive 30 miles to a hold location any time I have a package. They are completely unprofessional

I’m displeased with the driver. He never leaves the packages at the right apartment. We all always have to go look around at other apartments building for our packages

These people are thieves, or employ thieves. I had a package sent to me from this location. The box was literally ripped open and was missing the money that was in it. Whoever did it didn’t even attempt to make it look like an accident. They didn’t close the box back, but instead threw it in a plastic fed ex bag and wrapped packing tape around it and re-labeled it. Absolutely pathetic. When confronted the woman kept saying “you can’t say that,” in response to be called out on theft. It’s not an assumption, it’s common sense.

Have had my packages delayed two weeks now and have gotten nowhere. I cant even understand the people when i did finally get ahold of a real person. I would have drove the hr to pick them up from this place if I knew for sure they were there. Probably lost and they don't want to admit it.

I send a small box to my Granddaughter on Tuesday the 21st of Feb 2023. My package was ripped open and the money I sent her was stolen. The box was then sent on to her in a plastic FedEx bag. I complained to FedEx clerk and she completely denied that it had to be a FedEx employ who riffled through the box taking the money. I am forever done with FedEx!!!
