Inside the store is clean and nice. The staff is helpful. However, I have been to this store twice since I moved to Sherman. Both times there is usually vagrant men hanging around the front of the store outside. Today one of them was vomiting on the sidewalk... Management needs to police the outside of their store to see what is going on outside.

The manager snapped at me when I accidentally pushed the bell one time and another time the doors were locked 11 minutes before closing time.

Andrea the assistant manager is really rude she told my son he could leave when he was there waiting on her patiently for the store to open the today. It was 9:40 am the store was supposed to be open at 9:00 am she did not kno i was on the phone listening to the whole conversation she threatened to call the police and refused him service when he did absolutely nothing. I personally went back and she refused me service as well. something is not right about the service she is providing...if u have to be treated like that by an assistant manager at a store then I defintely dont want to business with someone like that...sad part about it we were not the only ones treated poorly today because she was running late...smh....if u dont like ur job then find a new one...the customers is what makes the paychecks for the family dollar employees...very dissatisfied customer.

Went in and asked for a cart to use. Lady said they have only one and someone was using it. Walked out and did not buy anything. What place is so cheap they have only 1 cart?

My fiance and I are probably going to be shopping at the Dollar general close to this particular family dollar from now on. The cashier was extremely rude when we asked him nicely to please refund two of our 2liters because we were trying to take advantage of the 2 liter Pepsi deal going on at FD this week, and we could get 4 for the price of two! After an unessarry series of sighs and ughs coming from the man, who bursts out jesus christ as he continues to check out. We were appreciated

This is my favorite happy hour lately. Happy hour is daily and features $4 margaritas and lots of food options. I usually opt for the $8 taco salad, which is gigantic and usually UN-finishable for me.
