I'm so glad this place is open. Midway Mall is pretty much dead. I've been shopping here since the late '90s. I've had some rude employees in the past, but recently not anymore. I like to browse their clothing racks because you never know what you're going to find.

I went there with my mom awhile back to exchange some clothes she had bought for me. The woman there was very rude and unhelpful. She said we didn't qualify for a return anymore because it was on sale so we only had 3 days. Which was disappointing, but whatever. I wanted to buy some other things but we ended up leaving because of her attitude. I didn't get her name but she was an older woman. Won't be going back there.

I want there to find what we needed with. Young lady that I was with. We weren't able to find it in the store. However, we did get on website and found exactly what we needed when they had an ordered it. But I would definitely go to Dillard's to get more stuff when I need it. I have a great pride with dillard's

Finally found a wonderful, large, traditional Dillard's store after so many have closed. ☹️ I love it!! We need more stores like this Dillard's!!
