They take FOREVER to get prescriptions ready.. any time I have to take my child to the urgent care, I dread having to get a prescription if she is sick because our local small town pharmacy closes at 6 pm and this CVS stays open until 10 pm. I would pick my small town pharmacy every single time over this awful CVS pharmacy. I have never had one good experience here. Every time, there's an excuse of why it needs to be another 30 minutes to get your medicine. Most recently, my child needed her prescription as she caught the flu. We left the urgent care at 7:20 and they called it in RIGHT THEN. My daughter (who is miserable and sick sitting in the car) and I have been waiting for ONE HOUR. So then I call to get an update and after 13 minutes on hold, I finally get someone and am told it'll be ANOTHER 30 minutes. So I ask if it is really going to be another 30 minutes.. because my child is miserable, has the flu and we have a bit of a drive back home and she states that it will still be at least another 20 minutes.. So it is now 9:10 pm and we are STILL SITTING HERE with NO MEDICINE. My daughter should be at home in bed and here we are. THEY ARE AWFUL!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will regret it. I can't believe I even have to give them one star, I would give -100 if I had the option.

I love this location. The store is always clean and organized, the staff are friendly and helpful and refilling my RX is smooth.

The service at CVS on Texoma pwy is awful. Every time I go to pick up meds they are never in the computer. Every time I go there. Word of advice: when you are in line waiting for meds and everyone is saying “ this pharmacy is terrible,” get your meds sent somewhere else.

Oddest experience ever! I get the same prescription every month (past 2 years), cash pay! Thank you, Good RX. After spending time in a long line - Manny (pharmacy manager), says he can’t do the GoodRx coupon because the store has hit there max limit. Plus, I must have my Dr. send to another CVS or pay $52 more. So weird.

Very unfriendly staff in drive thru. A woman named Maliney came to the window to help someone who is new and she was very rude unfriendly and most of all unprofessional. We basically felt like we were being attacked.

I hate to go to this cvs. The wait time is ridiculous. If I could give this place a zero I would. Not only are there wait times ridiculous they’re unwilling to help is insane. I actually asked for generic and pay out of pocket I was told no your insurance says name brand. I literally had to walk out and leave without my meds.

Sherman CVS is the worst pharmacy I've ever had the privilege of communicating with. They hang up on you after long (up to 45 minutes) on hold times. The front desk is no help what so ever in the matter. The recording references the app (which is handy) but the app says call the pharmacy and again there is no one available to pick up the phone, EVER!!!!!! I'll be moving my prescriptions to some other pharmacy!!!!

Moving my business to across street. Been doing business for awhile with them, but current store at texoma parkway people seem less than happy for your business. Had mixup. I called long wait time and finally told insurance lapsed. Wanted to give new info over phone but was told needed to bring in person. Said I'd be right there, they didn't mention closing for lunch at 1:30. Got to counter at 128. They said it was their lunch break. Come back at 2pm. So decided to leave review while waiting. Of course their reviews here are low. Probably move business across street to Walgreens unless find a different CVS that is convenient.

Why am I not surprised that even in a small town this CVS is ghetto and disrespectful too? I called 24 hours ago to have my medication ready as I was told any CVS could fill it since I just moved two hours up here. They said it would be ready THAT NIGHT. Due to not feeling well I waited 24 HOURS LATER to come pick it up and they acted like complete idiots having no idea what I was talking about. Then told me I had to wait half an hour for it to be filled because it was busy and couldn’t fill it immediately. I come home just to get a text saying it’s ready and I’m not even five minutes up the street. Someone should be held accountable for not filling this like they said they would, for being disrespectful while trying to pick it up, and then lying saying it couldn’t be filled immediately. CVS in general is a joke but it’s good to know that the one I moved next to is no different.

The guy in the little vaccine booth who gave me a shot did not wear gloves. The table he had that contained the various vaccines he was using was a mess and disorganized. Not sure if he was one of the regular pharmacy staff or someone they hired to come in and give shots during the busy flu shot season.

CVS pharmacy is horrible. Was told they were ready, then when I got there I was told they weren't and they were on hold. Then I was told I HAD to come inside to speak with the pharmacist. So I go inside and was told it would be 30 minutes because they cancelled the prescription after I hung up. If they weren't the only pharmacy open, we wouldn't have used them. This is exactly why I use walgreens.
