I had a great experience with Nina this morning. She was awesome. Then I went about my day. Had a great day and just pumped. Really glad she was one of the first people I talked to today.
However, I had to come back later today for a different issue and got two other people, and they managed to poop all over my day. I had a really great afternoon and somehow I left that store mad. I get it. They are smarter than me. I just bought a shiny new phone and was really excited to get it activated. Had to hear all about how it was dumb I got my phone at the Apple Store and how it could have been overnighted and blah blah blah and that’s how they get you. WHAT??!!? I enjoyed my first afternoon off in months and went to the apple store cause it’s fun and bought my shiny new phone there because I wanted to have the Apple Store experience today. And in less then 10 mins, this man/woman team shat all over one of the most fun afternoons I’ve had in awhile. The correct response when a customer shows up with their shiny new phone and tells you I need to get it activated, is wow that’s a great phone and not a jerk explanation of why I should’ve bought it from them. Do better.

We are loyal cricket fans. We had a problem that we needed to work out. The rude Lady at the cricket in sherman, wouldn’t help us with what we needed help with. We had to leave there and drive to Denison.Liam in Denison quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. A great experience!

Some days not enough help, while others too much much. I will say that they are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The service, not the branch. 7 $ phonebill, ok. $5 in store fee.. janky because you get charged the same $5 regardless of how you pay. Now the $5 reconnect fee makes a $7 payment $17 and you have to pay it all regardless of how you pay... it's false advertisement.

Amazing customer service !! This store helped me with no problem when the gentleman at the one on parkway wouldnt even try. Thanks alondra ..i beileve was how you spelled her name ! For your incredible customer service and for getting me taken care of with no issues and in a timely manner , also a big thank you for listening to my issues and taking the time to helpand understand ! Your amazing !! Ive never had problems with anyone from this location !! Always great service and good people !

In and out fast. I was able to get a phone, a case, and everything without a bunch of haggle work. I just told them which phone I wanted, they told me an all inclusive price, and BAM I was out the door with my new Stylo 6!! I had gone to the Texoma parkway location, and they were rude. I will ALWAYS be going to the Cricket by Starbucks now!!!

I have been with your company for about 2 or 3 years now and have been to a few of the stores. I have to say out of them all this one is by far the best. Went in yesterday last minute upgraded 3 of my lines. Got the great employee I have meet so far. David was so polite and professional about everything. Knew exactly what we wanted and need to the T. He was so great made the service the best I have seen yet. My husband and I have decided that this will be the store we use from now one. Thank you David for being such a great employee and person with us in general. Your the best.
