Went to this Cricket retailer to see about getting my husband's phone fixed because the charging port is not working well anymore, and our daughter had to go to the bathroom (she is 5). The last time we were there, the employees offered to let hee use the bathroom and were very kind and took their time. Today, not so much. The lady was fairly nice, though not extremely helpful. The guy there, with a beard, refused to let us use the bathroom at first but then we told them she was able to use it last time, so he finally let her, but gave us bad looks the whole time. Left with the phone issue still unresolved.

I went to get my phone back on today ( no its no a cricket phone ) howeverit is compatible with cricket service . Ive had my phone active with cricket for years ! However the gentleman behind the counter on 6/5/23 about 6 -6:30 is was very unhelpful . He heard my phone was at&t and that it said locked and was done with it even tho i was trying to explain ive had it on thru cricket befor ( yes my phomes paid off ) He did not at all even touch the computer to check anything with my account . It took me going to the cricket store by starbucks in sherman where a lovely lady helped me out and got my phone on ( with no issues at all ). It was locked but thru cricket she said .

Chestina is really helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and is always friendly she should be manager in my opinion good job chestina for such great experience we most definitely be coming back.

Most of the time the staff is depressing but they got a new person named Nick that is warm and friendly and very helpful really enjoyed helping people. Good going finding Nick you should make sure to keep him he will bring in more customers. The cricket on Texoma Pkwy next to save a lot. ?????

I just got a phone from this location and they are the best cricket in the whole company nothing but great service they are very knowledgeable about phones and very professional Nicholas was the one that sold me the phone he is a outstanding guy and deserves a promotion and the other people there does as well thank u to the cricket on Texoma parkway 5 stars all the way.

Let me make this known that this is not about cricket as a whole as the service is good. I called to quote a cost on a phone and was told the prices online are different in store. Even though I was porting a number they tried to quote me 240 dollars for a phone that retails for 249. Mind you this is saying that they also promised a 30 dollar discount. Now I would brush all of this off if it wasn't for the fact that I immediately called another cricket store and was quoted 140 for the same exact device, the plan, and the activation fee. Needless to say I went to the other store and will not use or recommend this store at any point in the future
